My experience was horrible!! First of all the district manager there Kimberly made me feel bad from the beginning of my encounter with her because she made me feel as if me the paying customer was not important. And she did this by telling me to hold on while she talked to co worker then she was making my food with no gloves then I get to my truck to eat my food and it was ice cold and when I brought it back instead of trying to resolve the issue she gets defensive like I could have been lieing so with that being said I hope sbarro does better in the future.
Do not stop here and ask for spaghetti because they never have any
I had the spinach and Mushroom pizza. Delicious! Wonderful service. It had a long line but moved quickly. The ladies were extremely friendly.

Poor service. Waited almost 5 minutes to place an order, and I was the only customer. Just when she finished making a pizza, and after she looked over me, another person walked up. She took her order and left me standing there.
Y'all got some damn good pizza. Not quite Papa Johns but y'all getting there. First you gotta beat 3 Stars, Pizza Hut and Seasons. Then you'll be at The Final Boss: Papa Johns. The only thing I would say that needs a little improvement is the cheese. It tends to fall off the pizza a lot. But I just went there just now and it actually stuck to the pizza this time. So y'all are getting better. Also, try a little more seasoning and grated cheese on the pizza. That'll put you up there with Seasons. Now if you want The Final Boss, you have to make this already great sauce even more perfect and robust. That's what makes Papa Johns The Final Boss. It's all in the sauce. Just a few tips. But yeah man, the food, the people and the environment is absolutely great!

Just left The best experience I have had at a Sbarro pizza on the plaza! Normally the employees are ehh at these and a bit slow at service but the 2 lady’s and the 1 gentlemen there tonight was stellar! The food was also the best looking and tasting out of all of the plazas. Mile marker 100 going west plaza has been the best experience! (I hope this is the correct location I am reviewing) but I’m on a time crunch and they not only got me in and out but they had a great attitude! It wasn’t much but it’s truly the little things like this that matter. I wish I could remember the names of the employees to give them an awesome review, they deserve it! Next time I pass through I only want to go to this Sbarro out of ALL of them :)

Calzone with sausage was a blob of cheese and two tiny tiny pieces of sausage, gross threw most of it away.

Very old dry looking pizza. Rude employees . People come up look and instantly walk away. Instead of having fresh pizza out , laze employees and management work here, what they do here is make a bunch of pizzas in the morning, put a few on showcase, and hide a a bunch under the showcase, by the time it’s lunch or dinner time. Their hide away pizza is no good for human consumption. Be aware. Do not eat here!

Went in 10 minutes until closing, they had 4 whole pizzas available and 2 partial pizzas available. Ask to buy a whole pizza, ( there is a huge sign saying they sold whole pizzas right above our heads ). They said they couldn't sale any whole ones, so I set back and watched until they closed, not one customer came in. So instead after selling me a whole pizza, they just going to throw away and make zero $$$$. Crazy.

Had to order three pieces for two people because the slices were small. After she gave us our slices I looked and saw how terribly uneven she cut the slices. The next person ordered the same pizza and got two monster slices so big, they wouldn’t fit in the box. If you’re going to say XL slices, get something to help cut them so they are a better value. It’s a lot of money for “half” of what we should have gotten.

They cut the size of items very small and charge full price. I assume to save cost but for the price it smaller than kids
