Something has to be done with the employees not having spaghetti and meatballs at 7:30 pm. 2nd time in a month I have stop to get that and no spaghetti and meatballs. I am going to let corporate know the problems since you fools don’t want to rectify the problem

Pretty much what I expect when there is no Italian guy named Tony in the back tossing the pizza. Good food that hit the spot that is not bad. A for effort but amateur NY style pizza making nonetheless. I was disappointed that they failed to capture the true NY pizzeria experience by not offering inexpensive items such as oregano and garlic powder as pizza toppings. To me, that is what makes NY style pizza taste so good the most is the fresh dried oregano flakes and fresh garlic powder as toppings, instead of the crushed red pepper and grated parmesan cheese. Though, the delicious roasted garlic dip cup does fill that garlic craving void well!

If you are looking for a barely warmed over pizza with a soggy thin crust, look no more. They need to figure out how to properly keep their food warm. The conveyor system they use is sadly deficient. Inside the Service Plaza.

I got a pepperoni Strombolis last week and this week a spinach Stronbolis. The pepperoni was at best 2 stars, it was a bit warm and looked like it had been sitting too long.
This week I had the spinach and it was even worse than the pepperoni. Every bit was worse than the last.
My expectations were already low and yet they were exceeded in the very worst way.
Do not go to Sbarrow. It would be better to starve than to eat what even raccoons wouldn’t give a second glance, nonetheless eat. My expectations were already low

WB Erie plaza. No Pasta just their nasty half cooked dough cardboard piss poor excuse for Pizza. Screw this nasty place
Worst customer service ever. The cashier was trying to cheat us by not giving all the items in the combo. I had to re-ask them to provide me everything where he eventually gave me what I wanted. Also I asked an employee who is a lady for a soda refill and she replied that there wouldn't be any refills which is not the same at Sbarro, 888 N County Rd 260, Clyde, OH 43410 which is on the opposite side of the road.
