I’m literally sick from lettuce… worst first experience ever

I’m sorry. But this was a big disappointment. Let’s start with the service. No greeting, no hello, my name is. Just “ two people?” Zero follow up on how we were and no offer of water to the table.

I ordered Flauta’s Mexicano. Last I checked, they are not supposed to be flat and thin, very little protein and so greasy that they were soggy and flimsy that they sagged. The rice was cold.

We also ordered carnitas fajitas and the beans and rice were cold. First time here at Firestone Farms and first time to Mexico City Bar & Grill, unfortunately this is my last visit.

As a fellow Mexican, I’m very disappointed that you call this Mexican food. Our ancestors would roll over if they received the food that I received today. Get it together and make our cuisine shine.

The food is good, but the overwhelming smell of Fabuloso cleaner is very off-putting. It is especially bothersome when you are trying to eat.

Good service, good food, good atmosphere. There lunch burrito is one of my favorites!

Great drinks, good, and service. Outside dining area is nice bonus!

Just come from eating and my husband and I were the only ones in the whole place. We sat down at the bar like we always do when qe go there. Was asked if we wanted chips which we said yes. Was brought our chips but never asked if we wanted anything to drink and watched the two workers proceed to seat on their butts until 20 minutes later I looked over at them and one of them came over to ask if we wanted something to drink. One of them brought out our food and nver once cane back in a 20 minute time frame if everything was ok until I looked at them again . Didn't want to leave anything for a tip after that experience. We love this place and understand it gets busy but there was no one there but us. One of our favorite Mexican restaurants, but so disappointed this time 😡

Used to be a great place. Now it’s gone downhill. Ordered a Durango with shrimp. Received 2 pieces of shrimp. Ordered Bean dip and it was so watered down with raw beef on top. Brought these issues up with wait staff. She disregarded the issues. Refused to replace the dip or fix the burrito. Also, they refused to take the dip off even though we never touched it and sent it back immediately. Do not recommend. We will never return.

Absolutely amazing place 10/10 would recommend the art inside is incredible. And the food was great I would definitely come back anytime.

I loved this place, will definitely go back. Got the authentic tacos, Only thing I couldn't stand was the Cilantro. But all in all great service.

Super cool place. Very authentic design, very impressive wall paintings. Friendly staff. Quick but not rushed service. Excellent food. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommended. A+++
