“The food is very good and the people are very nice. The buffet is very good. I also like to order off of the menu sometimes where I can get the food a little bit spicier than what the buffet offers, which is mild, but I prefer medium spice.“

The chicken galore was one of my favorites so so good! The broad street salad was also amazing, best salad I’ve had in a while! “I ordered a delivery on the app and my food never got delivered. when I called, I did not that Panerai did not have their own delivery drivers. my order was stolen from the third party service. However, I called the store and told them of the situation and that I am quarantined. The girl on the phone was so sweet and had another sweet employee deliver my food in great time. I am very appreciative of the great service. I didn't catch either girls' names for the phone and delivery, but thank you so much !! They even added a second cookie to my order and the Mac was delighted as always. Great customer service. Thank you, again!!“

“Everything about Pulp is great. Always fresh! Ordered through door dash today and it came in the same condition it would have at pulp! Didn't lose temp on either item: Strawberry Banana Smoothie or Buffalo Chicken wrap. Delicious“

“Pretty good Panera Bread location, everything was great no problems. Have to get a bread bowl when you can for your soup. Always good to get freshly baked bread, not something you can get at most fast food places. Sandwiches are great also.“

“Nice to have more than one option. There’s a section on the back of the menu for vegetarian/vegan dishes. It included beyond burger, portabella Sammie, tofu/rice. I got the portabella and had it veganized with vegan cheese and bun- make sure that is abundantly clear when ordering- came out with regular cheese. I just said “make it vegan” instead of itemizing the substitutes one by one… the waitress plugs in your order at the table on some electronic thing so just say both cuz i think she just clicked on the bun and might not even realized there was another vegan substitute.“

“I love the way that this place is set up in their business model! It is so awesome that you can build your own pizza kind of like Subway or Chipotle plus all the ingredients are most definitely of the utmost quality and it's done in like 4 minutes or less for you

I came in and my order was too big to carry in one trip and this wonderful kid offered me some help getting the rest of the order to my car today. I think his name was alex.
