We went here for my wife's birthday because she studied in Xi'an China a long time ago and wanted to have food like from the Shaanxi provence.
We were very happy with our dishes. We got the dumplings, fu zhu salad (my wife liked this one the best), and xiang gan rou si. Our server was nice and patient with our awkward selves. It was very pleasant. My wife wanted to speak with the owner or chef to compliment them in person, but she was too embarrassed. Ha ha....

Got takeout, it was a generous portion and really tasty. Picture doesn’t do it justice sorry haha

Peanuts on the side so they don’t get soggy = bonus points. I tried the Bamboo Thai place across the street to the north and it was a little dry, this place is better!

The tiger tofu is my go-to. Absolutely delicious, full of flavor. Try the homemade noodles too, they do offer vegetarian versions. Order ahead for a quick pickup or stay in, plenty of tables inside.
