Edit: their hours on Apple Maps are wrong. Apparently they close at 3:30 on Wednesdays now. I reported their new hours to Apple, they will hopefully get fixed soon! I believe the last time I went there and they were closed was a Saturday.
This is my ABSOLUTE favorite food truck. When it was at the High Street location, I would go two to three times a week. They were always nice, quick, and the food is incredible. However, since moving to their Parsons location, I never seem to catch them open. I went twice during their posted business hours, and they were closed both times—most recently this past Wednesday at around 6PM. I just wanted to get a good burrito one more time before moving to Cincinnati, but it looks like I won’t get that chance. Anyways, if you can catch them open, I highly recommend 5 de Mayo!

I’m Mexican, born and raised, this is genuinely the closest to Mexican food I’ve had, and we have been eating everywhere! My hubby is white, but he is seasoned already 😅 and he is the one always asking for sopes and tacos from there!🙏🏻 we love them!!!

Tonight we ordered the steak torta! Omgggggg so good! And they remembered me and sent me a coke! I love these guys! Amazing as always! Thank you!

Usually the food is really good today I picked up a carne asada torta and the meat was mostly all fat and barely any steak.
Great food I got a torta de milanesa de pollo amd it was amazing and great portion was sad that I didn't buy another one to go
