Truly the best Pho in the city! It’s fresh and delicious. You can choose your protein and broth. I love the Marin and a tofu with beef broth. I think it’s the best! The restaurant is locally owned by a husband and wife team, and they are super nice and dedicated restaurant owners to make your experience the best every time. I enjoy eating it on Saturday after my long run.

Look, if you have never had Pho before you need to come to this place…pronto. Today was the first time I ever stepped foot in this establishment and I can guarantee I will be back. The flavors in the broth alone can stand on their own. Everything else you get in that bowl is just extra razzle dazzle. The magic is in that bone broth. It was full of flavor, full of all the right seasonings and spices. Each spice was the star of their own show that they all work together to create this ensemble of flavors that will blow your mind! They are 100% doing it right here!!!

We were excited to try this hyped pho spot but it sadly was disappointing. I’m not sure exactly what to critique bc both of our pho was very mid and the flavor was just off compared to others we’ve had at different places. The service was great and the atmosphere was alright, just not super impressed with the food.

This review is an edit, a re-do! And mostly because I have been coming here for so many years. I also happen to know the owners, BUT not before coming for years! They are just good and nice people who contribute to the central Ohio community and try to bring a fresh face to the Pho game! I am a cuisine expert of my own deeming, you might say. Am I the world’s foremost Pho judge?! No… YES! I change my answer, I’ve been eating pho for years. Okay here’s the food review:
Broth here is really dynamic compared to many others. A bit buttery, silky, fragrant and less the anise or clove POW than the deeper spiced notes. It’s really beautifully unique and before you alter the broth with sauces of various sorts I recommend you try it a few tastes to really understand the hard work. I know, because I made my own from scratch and it was a real process. The meat here is fresh, usually tender and fair. Everything is fresh and served easily and fluidly for a quick bowl in a bright little atmosphere. The noodles here are my favorites. Really good texture, true to “Phorm” you might say. I think it’s all a contemporary offering of local pho and consistent as heck. I’ve. One for years and notice next to no changes. Really the same good bowl of pho. Enjoy!

This is my favorite pho restaurant. I love that they are family owned and local. I usually get it delivered when I’m sick, it’s the best comfort food. Today I went into the restaurant ordered beef pho and egg rolls. Food was delicious. The atmosphere was so upbeat and friendly I stayed and happily ate my lunch alone at a long table with stools facing a huge window. Thanks for the great day 61pho.

Got a rice bowl to go because I was starving after a long day and a small lunch and it was downright mediocre. Hunger couldn't enhance the flavor of dry white rice and undercooked chicken enough for me to enjoy the meal. Didn't finish it and won't be returning.
