Heard about this from 614Now, advertising the PhoRrito. Was in the area, so stopped in to try it, and didn't disappoint! Flavorful and fresh tasting, the only thing that would have made it better is if they used rice paper instead of burrito wrap, which is the flavor and consistency I was expecting. Still, what a great concept, especially for a hot day when you're feeling pho, but don't want to eat hot noodles.

I tried the new Phoritto today and it was SO GOOD! The staff was super friendly in explaining what this new menu item was and everything that it comes with. I had the veggie phoritto, it has their marinaded tofu inside which is my favorite - It also came with a side of the peanut dipping sauce, so yummy! I already want another one!

Put a carry out order, easy and simple, however, I don't like that it does not let you adjust like add more jalapeños o cilantro etc. I had the vegan pho with chicken. I liked packing because it's super efficient and ready to eat. The flavor was good. I had higher expectations but it was pretty good for the price. I wish it had more cilantro onions jalapeños and scirracha because the Gave me a drop. I would try it again for sure!

The food from here was great. I'd never had pho nor a Bahn mi, and I enjoyed both. The "kids size" of the pho was absolutely plenty. The only minus was the service - the people there absolutely radiated "I hate my job." The kid with the greasy mullet had a scowl on his face the whole time and the girl seemed like anything you asked her was an annoyance. Pho I would try again - this place, maybe not.

Perfect pho broth, flavorful and tasted authentic. Raw steak was fresh. Bun actually had fish sauce! Noodles were the proper texture. Very very good especially considering that it is fast casual. This is now the only Vietnamese food I will eat in Columbus. Come eat here!!!

This location has some of the best customer service of any fast casual restaurant I have been to. The employees are so kind, patient, and good at communicating their process.If you want huge portions, a pleasant dining area, and great customer service, then this is a great option.The parking lot is a nice bonus too.
Went here with friends for dinner but was a little disappointed by the lack of flavor. Wish the beef slices were thinner and fresher. And not worth the high price. Otherwise service is very fast. Very cute interior design. Nice staff.

Noodles were undercooked, small portion of beef, forgot our egg rolls, so by the time I got back home from picking them up, my food was cold, and they offered no apology, just acted like they gave us them with our order. Tastes good but really disappointing service.
