One of my favorite Cbus area breweries, very underrated! The do great IPA's but honestly all of their beers are legit! Also, highly recommend the Tikka Pizza if you like Indian food!

Been coming here for years, this is one of my favorite locations to just grab a beer in Columbus. The atmosphere has always been chill (even when the place is full) and the staff are always friendly, helpful, and attentive.Beer and grub is solid if not standout, and they get new things on tap very regularly.I recommend the place!

Easily one of the best places to hang out in Clintonville. The staff is amazing, the beer is fantastic (they are always brewing collabs with other local brewers), and the vibe inside is so chill. I feel like this place is a hidden gem…in some secret way i hope nobody reads this review.Vegetarian options: The impossible burger is a treat!Wheelchair accessibility: Very convenient wheelchair access.
Derive is a wonderful neighborhood brewery that kicks way above its coverage. The beers are fantastic, the staff is fantastic-er, and don't sleep on the wedge salad and cauliflower wings. Clintonville, and all beer drinkers in Columbus, are better for having this place here.
This place feels like home, and its staff feel like family. It hardly even matters that its beers are the best in Columbus - though it doesn’t hurt!

I live in the neighborhood so I come here often. But the location is secondary. The beer, food, service, and atmosphere are all top notch, that's what keeps me coming back.I usually get a burger, pizza, wings, or wedge salad but I've tried everything on the menu and have always been pleased. The specials are always a treat.The staff are uniformly friendly and efficient. What more could you want?The atmosphere is definitely comfortable. The chain tree is a nice quirk and the brewing equipment is right there. I generally sit at the bar and I've met some interesting people there.But it all comes down to the beer and that's where they shine. I'm a fan of the hazy IPA's and there are always a few to choose from. But they have several taps with a variety of styles, the beer list is never boring! Even the styles I rarely get are quite drinkable.
