Great for a sushi date night. Fresh, tasty and decent pricing.

I ordered the stone bibimbap for $26, and what I essentially got was a bowl of rice. Hardly any meat in it at all. My guess would be it was about 1oz of meat if that.

This restaurant use to be my favorite sushi place. However, this last visit was subpar at best. The shrimp tempura roll was cold and did not taste fresh. They were out of miso soup. For the price of all of the food, it definitely wasn't as great as it use to be.

Finally tried this place with friend. Tbh the food was average. Had better bento box for half of the price elsewhere. Imo it’s overpriced. But still happy we tried it.

I’m sad to leave this review, but this was so disappointing! I love tensuke square/kenny center and have been wanting to try this place for a while.

The staff were so kind and friendly, but unfortunately the pros end there. Biggest issues are the overall ambience + disproportionate value of quality v price.

My husband and I made reservations for dinner + were seated in an off section away from the main dining area. The overhead lighting was very bright, there was no music, and the entire area was quite cold.

For food - gyoza was $10 for 4-5 pieces. Came out burnt. Sushi was just fine, nothing outstanding. The dinner box was also just fine. For me personally, there’s a huge disconnect b/w price to quality/experience. I don’t mind paying good money for a good meal, but almost everything missed the mark. Nothing we ate had me dying to come back. Again, it all just felt so disappointing.

That being said, I don’t plan to come back here again. You’re better spending your money on any of the other dining options around this area imo. But glad we finally got to try, and thank you to the staff for the great service.

The fish tastes pretty fresh, but the quality of the rolls is just… not there. Strange texture to all of the fish, strange flavors to the rolls. The seaweed salad is pretty saucy. The edamame was very fresh though

Overall it was $260 after tax and tip for 5 people which is way too much for what you’re getting

We were planning on going somewhere else, but it didn’t work out. We found this place and decided to try it out, it was FANTASTIC. I personally got the sweet potato and asparagus roll because I don’t care for super fishy sushi, and it was the best I’ve ever had!
