My grown son brought me here. He thinks it is the best sushi in Columbus and one of his favorite restaurants. I thought it was one of the 3 best sushi restaurants I had ever been to and I have been to them from Hawaii to San Francisco to Berlin. We got the boat for 2-3 plus saki, so spent more than average, but tried a broad range of sushi and sashimi. All really good--best eel I ever had.

Place was crowded but we had no problem talking

The best sushi I've had in Columbus hands DOWN! It tasted so fresh and good, I dream of Akai Hana. Came here for my 20th birthday a couple years ago and everything we ordered was so good and lived up to my expectations.

My husband and I usually ordered from 1126 when we wanted sushi, but since they closed, we've been looking for a new go-to spot. We tried the sushi boat for 2–3 people here, and honestly, it barely fed the two of us. The quality of the fish was just okay, not what you'd expect at this price point.
