The cook in the kitchen who calls himself "Major" or "Chef" has horrific hygiene!I helped him clean up ,then determined that he has parasites and a hideous FUNGUS on his feet that he CONSTANTLY SCRATCHES and digs in.He was sleeping on a bench outside when I rescued him but took my kindness for weakness and used my resources,to cheap to buy himself even a comb.But this is about a person cooking YOUR food that is a TRIFLING INDIVIDUAL.I did the best I could helping this dude with cleanliness.Fat pot belly dude with a big smile ,dark skinned,(fake)friendly.(FYI I only ate there once and was disappointed so my former visits consisted of cocktails(This review is nothing against the bar Im just making everybody aware of a nasty cook that needs to be replaced....I don't think their AWARE of this...in fact I'm SURE the Owners&Management are NOT AWARE OF THIS!He is SUPER deceptive and a serial liar.

Dope spot. Awesome vibe. I love coming here. I’ve been 2x and will continue to come. The drinks are great. The bartenders are awesome, music is amazing. Especially for the 35 and over crowd. My only criticism is the hookah is super expensive. But there’s more to do than smoke hookah.

The best burgers I’ve ever had! We both got the cowboy burger, and it was incredible! The music was a little loud, but the space itself is so cool. Absolutely will be coming

This is basically a hole in the wall bar with good food. If you wear more than jeans you are overdressed. There were 5 people at my table for an early dinner. There was one other table with customers and a couple of people at the bar. It took 45 minutes just for our appetizers and an additional 30 minutes for the entrees. It was about 10 minutes between each person in our groups receiving their entrees. Just trying to get our drinks was a chore. The fries and my lamb chops were very good., but when you are paying $49.95 for your main course you should get matching service. Poor service was an understatement. Then on top of that there is an 18% gratuity on groups of TWO or more. Highway robbery... This waitress did not deserve 5%. I generally tip 20% to 25% when I get good service. But to be forced to pay an 18% gratuity and getting poor service is uncalled for and I will never return.... You have been warned...
I had the pleasure of meeting Mike and Jerry and the service was amazing along with the salmon cheesesteak. My food was hot and delicious, I would definitely recommend everyone to come and experience great food and drinks. Lastly before leaving I had the pleasure of meeting Josh the bartender who also was amazing. You will definitely be in for a treat.

This is not my first time at Alley Burger. Every time I have been here I have been happy with my experience. Jerry had me order Rocket Shrimp which were very favorable but hot!! Uncle Mike told me to try the Elliot Alley fries, they phenomenal!! Josh was the best bar tender as always.
Went to Alley Burger while working in the area. Highly Recommend..GREAT burgers and service! I had the Greek Burger. I put a hurtin’ on it.The owner/managers were super cool and personable. This is a great little spot for a drink and some really good food downtown.

First things first: I’m extremely disappointed in Alley Burger. As a black owned business, you want to make sure that you are doing everything right. You have one server who is overworking herself because y’all don’t have enough staff. It’s bad enough she told me that the chef done quit in the middle of making my food. Yall need to do better and hire better. The service was piss poor like you have to wait a long time to get your food. Whoever the owner is, you need to do a better job at running a business before it goes out of business. Hire more servers and cooks!

I have been multiple times now (brunch and dinner) and have had great experiences each time. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is great. The servers are always so kind but are very busy during certain hours; however, their kindness and good, positive, happy vibes makes up for it all. I love this place and have brought many friends by to check it out too.
