Terrible place so much mold and slime in the beer, they dont stick to a cleaning schdual. They dont clean enough were there is roaches everywere. The hire kids straight out of school that dont know how to work with people. There is secret relationship between managers and employees k.t hammer please stay clear away from here.

Reclamation Regarding Delays and Lack of Communication During Trailer Unloading
I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding an issue I experienced during a recent delivery I arrived to unload a trailer at this location. Unfortunately, the unloading process took an excessive amount of time, which caused unnecessary delays in my schedule. Additionally, there was no staff available on-site or via phone to provide updates or assistance during the wait. This lack of communication created confusion and frustration, not only for me but also for dispatch and others waiting for updates.
For future deliveries, I respectfully request that unloading operations be conducted in a more timely and organized manner, and that a clear line of communication be available for drivers who need assistance or updates.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope steps will be taken to improve service for all drivers.

Very very poor management.. check in system very confusing.. signs are confusing..guard gate old lady very rude ….. please-clean or wash your trailer .. because they reject your vehicle if you have a little bit dust on the trailer floor.. ..

Appointment for 4 pm checked in at 2pm got door around 3 pm and loaded by 4pm. Make sure ur trailer is clean and u atleast have 2 loadlocks.

Don't ever come to this facility, they don't know how to load to for you to drive legal, wanna complain about reworking the trailer and the guards don't do their job either for letting you move your tandems. Wish there was a zero star option. And most drivers who leave here are doing so illegally. I watched a day cab driver leave with 37k+ pounds on his drive axle.

Came inn at the gate to check inn at 8:00am Got empty kegs from EDWARDSVILLE IL, try to make them understand that even literally asking for the seal they refused one, they did not check me inn then had to Spend whole day contacting someone who would approve and make them understand it’s the shippers fault finally took me in at 13:15 still on the dock
