Appointment for 4 pm checked in at 2pm got door around 3 pm and loaded by 4pm. Make sure ur trailer is clean and u atleast have 2 loadlocks.

Don't ever come to this facility, they don't know how to load to for you to drive legal, wanna complain about reworking the trailer and the guards don't do their job either for letting you move your tandems. Wish there was a zero star option. And most drivers who leave here are doing so illegally. I watched a day cab driver leave with 37k+ pounds on his drive axle.

Came inn at the gate to check inn at 8:00am Got empty kegs from EDWARDSVILLE IL, try to make them understand that even literally asking for the seal they refused one, they did not check me inn then had to Spend whole day contacting someone who would approve and make them understand it’s the shippers fault finally took me in at 13:15 still on the dock

This place is ridiculous and the people at the guard shack really have a chip on their shoulder. I’m tired of getting bossed around and talk to the way these guards talk to you you pull up empty weight go drop the trailer come back sit in a long line again that is not moving get a bobtail weight go back through listen to the older guard talk mess go back to the lot pick up the loaded trailer come back sit in a long line full of warner trucks that are going out and then finally you get to see the oh so pleasant guards again this is ridiculous. I’ve been here for an hour and a half do better I have to get this load somewhere to your customers Budweiser.
I came wrong warehouse thou I don’t haul beer and pork the broker told me this load it’s not beer or pork but it’s was beer cane my driver was thought it’s was like cooking gasoline staf like that checked 10: am and out 3 pm horrible zero star please don’t come cancel your load

The gentleman that unloaded us was super friendly and wasn't afraid to lol with us. He was also extremely explanatory on how and what we needed to do and to look for.

It is an automated system to enter, it is in English and Spanish, after the first time, very simple. Arriving 8 hours before the unloading appointment, we were given the door and in half an hour it was finished. Total time 3 hours, not bad. The friendly and empathetic young man from the office, as well as two young men from the accessible yard mules. The young man who unloaded was also friendly. In conclusion, good place to download.
