I’m a truck driver, and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a shipper.
I arrived about 2 hours before my appointment time. Security told me that my trailer needed to be swept out, even though there were only a few small pallet wood chips inside — no dirt, no smell, nothing unusual. For loads like beer, water, or mineral water, this has never been a problem anywhere else.
I asked where I could sweep the trailer. Their response was basically: “We don’t care where you do it, just not on our property.” Because the facility is located inside the city, I had to leave the property and clean the trailer on the roadside.
After returning to the guard shack, they changed the requirement and said sweeping was not enough — now I had to go get a full washout with water. I explained that the trailer was already clean and that this made no sense. They said if I didn’t do it, they would reject and cancel the load and ban me from returning.
As a result, I drove over 100 empty miles, lost about 3 hours just trying to check in, and in the end the load was canceled. I lost an entire working day.
This company behaves the same way in other states as well: extremely long loading times (10+ hours), overweight loads, pressure to arrive with less than 50% fuel, attempts to load as much product as possible while ignoring weight limits, no respect for drivers’ time, aggressive attitude, and low pay.
I will never haul for this company again as a truck driver.

DONT GO HERE , very rude people we are now going into 16 hrs waiting to be offloaded now , driver went back to check again at the gate they called the cops on him and told him he has to leave the poroperty while our triler is in yard . avoid going here drivers

The worst 3 hours to get loaded, then overweight truck in front of me. He's overweight sent to door 36 dozens open. Send both of us to thirty six. Four hours later, still waiting, take two pounds.

Pretty impressive place...i am not sure if they still give tours but if they do? Its a must. Pretty cool to watch that much beer being produced.

Not a bad place to pick up from at all. Security staff is amazing. Treat them with respect and they’ll do the same. Pull up to left or middle lane scales with doors open. Use kiosk to check in. Go to staging area. Simple. Easy. Get a message with your dock slide tandems back in disconnect airline and chock tire and wait to get loaded. I came in sun 12/14 so snow was a mofo. But it was clear enough to where you could back in to where you needed to go.

Worst company to pick or pull a load from no guidance no communication to driver's that only have a certain amount of hours to drive for the day get here at 6 and don't leave till 1a.m is ridiculous then they want u to be at drop off @ 8a.m ridiculous get this in order think about the truckers who only a certain amount of hours for the day or get new people working for yall cause yall suck
