Another Broken Egg Cafe

The food is great, but the Easton location has to be one of the most poorly run restaurants I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to that location multiple times, but the past 2 visits have made it clear that whoever the owner is doesn’t care enough to make sure the on-duty supervisor is running a tight ship. Honestly, it didn’t even seem like there was anyone there in charge. Waiters openly just standing around playing on phones and goofing off while the host runs around trying to bus tables while also having a line at the door. The past 2 visits I have actually been shocked at how badly this restaurant is being run. As for the other locations, I assume they’re better, and the food is always great.

Roaches in the food!!!! Everything you eat has been contaminated at times. Customers have found roaches in the food on many occasions!!!!!! Carl and Cece have a history of touching their coworkers. Management does not care and continues to favorite them. Work environment is beyond toxic

Jo and Anna were our joint servers for our amazing experience today at the cafe. They both provided excellent service and were attentive the whole time, even with as busy as it was. Anna paid special attention to detail and was very personable. Jo was attentive and always made sure we were refilled on our drinks.

The food of course was wonderful as always! My second visit with my wife enjoying the delicacies. Highly recommend the Mardi Gras Omelette. Their pancakes are also great. Everything has a unique and exceptional flavor palette. Definitely will come back.

The sound level, just like last time, is too noisy. Not a bad atmosphere, they just need to expand the restaurant or work on the acoustics of the room so it absorbs some of the sound. If it wasn’t for the noise, I would otherwise give it a five star.

Grace was perfect! She offered an amazing meal choice and was very attentive to us the entire meal. Definitely the best experience I’ve had here! And as always food is bomb!

Our server, Anna, was amazing! She was friendly and attentive, even though she had several other tables.
I can’t give the food 5 stars, mostly because my toast was very burnt and dry and my potatoes were a bit overdone. But, my Hey Lucy! omelet was extremely delicious, perfectly filled, and cooked.
Overall, I really enjoyed my experience at Another Broken Egg, and I would recommend, especially if Anna is your server.
