We went in to order take out and tbe woman who finally came to the front was really rude 😠 not professional at all.I get you're about to close and you want to get out of there but be a lil nicer to the customer and maybe they'll want to come back and I didn't leave a tip and they seemed to have an attitude about that, if I were dining in then I would have, if i would have gave anything it would be to the cook and the waitress with the attitude gave me my drink while I was waiting on my food to get all watered down, my point is if you go,get to eat there and not out. Thank you

Every time that I have ordered from this location there seems to be an issue. Whether something was made incorrectly or some part of my food order is missing from my delivery order. When contacted the issue never seems to be 100% resolved. Typically I get promised a refund, weeks go by and I’m told they have to contact the processing dept for refunding my card, a few more weeks go by and they offer a gift card for the amount of the order, I’ll use the gift card to give them another chance just for them to mess my order up again. This final time I placed an order for $47.51, of course I was missing my drink and my order was incorrect. I submit a complaint online, the district manager Keith Lees emails me, I specify that I want my money back and he sends me a virtual gift card for $25. I respond to his email stating he can void the gift card because I would like my money back. Not sure how $25 is equivalent to $47 anyways. He then tells me to allow 3-5 business days for the refund. I have been going back and forth since 8/10/24 with this issue. The district manager stopped responding to my emails after about a week, I have not received my money back yet. Every time I call customer service they escalate this case to advise that someone will contact me but nobody does so I call the check the status just to be told that they don’t have an update. It’s incredibly unprofessional for a district manager to no longer handle issues that are his responsibility. I’m not sure how it’s okay to just stop responding to someone to resolve something that his store did. I haven’t been back to this location since nor do I plan to return.

I can't speak for dining in service as I usually order through the app for pickup, but their burgers are absolutely amazing. I love the Whole Lotta Bacon burger; I'm pretty sure I could eat it every day! There have been a few times where whomever was working forgot to put the sauce on it, which, in my opinion, is what completes the burger. But, for as often as I order, the food has been made correctly a majority of the time.

Went in to buy a microwave and stare at crazy posters on the wall. Wouldn't sell me a microwave and then cut me off after 14 drinks. Then they expected me to tip the waiter who makes 3.75 an hour. Just steal a microwave from a neighbor or put it on a credit card.

Service was great. Our server was friendly and helpful. We havent ate here in several years ( it was well before covid)
Only real issue we had was our table didn't appear to have been wiped clean.
The menu has definitely changed. We had their version of the French dip Philly. The au-ju was just some of their onion soup in a small portion. Not the greatest substitute, but the A1 was much better.
Might go back during happy hour one day to do appetizers. They have certain ones at a happy hour price.
We don't drink, but They had a nice amt of happy hour drink specials.
If you like pretzels theirs are really good!!

Parking: Spacious parking lot with parking surrounding the building

Kid-friendliness: Kinda iffy in my opinion on kid friendly. It's a sports bar, I don't see it as being unfriendly kid wise. The kid that Sat at the table next to us didn't seem pleased and the other one clear across on the other side seemed pretty angry.
