Just tried to go out to dinner with my girlfriend, got seated immediately . Not one server approached our table or even greeted us. Was really looking forward to trying the new grilled cheese burger. But it seemed the staff was just talking to one another while not communicating with one another about tables that have just been seated. Left without even being served. Ridiculous.

The hostess was clearly fed up and was not welcoming at all. The manager told us the store had 2 staff and could not accommodate our party. We told them we were patient and that we understood and he still did his best to convince us to not eat there. Horrible attitude. The only person that seemed pleasant was the bartender who was helping serve. If you are that severely understaffed close the store.

The place has the laziest staff coz why else is the service so slow and uncoordinated. I tried dining in after many times of prolonged wait time for carry out or delivery orders…the problem is the same. Don’t place an online order with this restaurant unless you are okay with waiting for an hour at best. 7 times out of 6, I had to wait for my order for over an hour and half. Dine in didn’t change much. This used to be one of my favorite restaurants but not any more.

Waited 20 minutes to be seated then 10 minutes to even have someone get our drinks my food came before my appetizer and no silverware. Waited 20 more mins after I ask for boxes and desserts to go

I use to be frequent customer years ago. So many other restaurants to go to. Last night I was reminded Apple Bee’s still is a very quick spot to pop into for happy hr and good food. I ordered the quesadilla salad delicious the bartender was so very nice I will revisit.
Awful experience. It took at least 20 minutes to be served. Water and apertizers took forever. Chips were soggy and pastas were obviously frozen beforehand and some part were cold when served. Would not recommend.

Upon arrival the booth area was not cleaned however a staff member did try to assist us and sit us. Upon notifying the manager (Carmen) we were sitting for nearly 30 mins with only 4 other customers including us being served including and I observed the manager speaking to both ladies which was very unprofessional and she did not bother to address the issue or the wait. I did actually ask to speak with a manager or someone in charge and I was able to confirm this was the manager that was on site and was very unprofessional.

I dined in July 12, had a nice dinner for my birthday but was also on a budget. My total was $46.43 , I couldn’t tip due to me being on a budget. They charged my card extra to my total being $58.43 and I don’t appreciate that and I need my money back
