I keep coming here for the nostalgia and I’m disappointed majority of the time. There was one young man that was exceptional. But otherwise the service is terrible. It’s time to close this place and start over. In here a few months back, waitress is waist deep in my conversation with my friend. I mentioned my purse being in the car. I guess after she overheard that she thought we’d dine and dash and slowed our service. I had a POCKET full of money. When I tipped her in her hand she changed her tune. Today I overheard my waiter talking about me to some coworkers? Another table? Idk I never turned around but I hear very well. The service from him was already terrible so I’m trying to pass the time making jokes. I’m making my friend laugh. If it was a problem they could’ve asked us to quiet down instead of insinuating that I had too much of a drink I almost had to walk over and get myself. - never finished it. And I had to get my own napkins after he failed to bring silverware with our appetizer.

A friend took me here for my birthday, we went in and waited to be seated while all of the employees were just standing at the bar talking. Then it took at least 5 minutes y the waitress to even come and take our drink orders. Mind you we were only her second table. She only had one more. It took even longer to just get water and a bowl of soup. While waiting for our waters the employees stood on the floor arguing with each other about one having too many tables. They were very unprofessional and the carpets are filthy. My friend ended up with something black on her hand from the seat. Just an all around bad experience for a birthday lunch.

Terrible timing and not really a welcoming atmosphere. “Come order food and wait hours for your order. When you get your order get the hell out.” Type of energy. One night we did dine in, our food took literally over an hour. When it’s really not busy.. there are plenty of empty tables.
Just yesterday I placed an online to go order for just 2 blondies, only TWO items, said to be ready at 7:04 for curbside. Checked in online and waited. After a while I made a call and the gentleman mentioned that it’ll be right out. I did not leave that premises til almost 8:10. I had to go in there twice, to check on the order, again bunch of empty tables, they told me it’ll be right out.. waited in the car for another while and went back in to complain, spoke to the manager who is just counting drawer at the bar… the manager had mentioned that she remembered my order and it said that I was supposed to come inside to pick up only…. Which she blatantly lied about, as my order was just sitting on the top shelf with melted ice cream that’s probably been sitting there for 20 minutes. On the attached receipt, obviously shows the detail of my vehicle for curbside pickup. They did at least replaced the ice cream and gave me a fresh one, but they couldn’t replace my time that they’ve wasted. The most unpleasant part was the fact the manager lied to me about saying my order was a “pick up inside” ticket. Won’t be returning to this location. Retraining should be facilitated here and improve the culture. Because this place has a terrible atmosphere.

Wish I could give a thumbs down for this location. Arrived at 6pm today and by 6:50, my partner and I had only received a 15 second interaction with our waitress, and two straws. Unfortunately, I am not kidding. There were at least 4 servers who had yet to even tend to the people who’d arrived however long before I had, and has still yet to receive a drink by the time I left. Majority of the staff sat at a high top table as if on break while more than 8+ tables remained without service, mine included. Not only that, but the table we were seated at was still covered in remnants of food. Extremely dissatisfied and unprofessional level of “service”, if it even deserves to be called that. If I ever decide to return to an Applebees, it will never be this location again.
As a side note, I noticed one staff member with his pants nearly completely down his thighs. Imagine how appetizing that is.

I went to get a quick dinner with my partner the place was an utter mess like I’m calling the health department tomorrow kind of mess after waiting for 45 minutes we got straws dropped off at our table and after another 15 minutes they never brought our drinks around and an hour is long enough to wait if this is a franchise corporate needs to be made aware of the absolute horror show the manager is running at this location may the owner get the help he or she deserves
We was told it was going to be an hour wait on our food. There was like 8 tables full when we got there. We was waiting 2 hrs for our food and still did not have it. The management here is absolutely lazy. This is the 2nd time this month my husband and I have came in and it is a nightmare.

This was the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had, and myself and my party are very patient and kind customers. The service was incredibly slow. Even getting a box and check was slow. Food took a long time and then mistakes with the food also took a long time to resolve. The server was apologetic and kind, blaming it on the kitchen. It appeared there were many carry out orders happening when the staff couldn’t even keep up with bussing tables and caring for the customers dining in. Online ordering should’ve been turned off. Our server forgot to submit one of our meals to the kitchen so one of us waiting twice as long for food, because this wasn’t resolved quickly. Luckily that meal was removed from the bill. But that wouldn’t have happened if the server actually wrote our items down instead of going off of memory. The biggest issue was sanitation. The women’s room was disgusting and I’m told the men’s room was also gross. I attached an image from the women’s room because this was unacceptable. One of the toilets (not picture) was visibly soiled with stool on the seat. Toilet paper and paper towels were all over the bathroom floor, including in the stall. The carpet looked like it’s never been cleaned. The tables were being left with old items on them for extended periods of time. It didn’t seem like tables were being cleaned after customers left. And there is a chunk of pavement missing right outside the one exit, which is a safety hazard.
I really hate to leave such an awful review because our server was nice and the food was as good as it should’ve been for an Applebees, but this was awful and it seems I’m not the first to have these issues.

Such an odd place- not sure of the vibe.
We ordered take out and there was something wrong with each order. The fish and chips did not include the lemon or fries and extra tartar sauce ordered. The sandwich also did not include the fries. The chicken tender kids meal included apple juice but we ordered milk...
The manager did correct the mistakes, however the food got cold while waiting so we were left with heating the dinner once home.
Sadly, curbside pickup was not a good option as we had to go in because they left off half of the adult meals.
To comment on the state of the carpets is a stand out because they are terribly worn and dirty, I don't normally notice flooring unless there is something stand out and this stood out.
Vegetarian options: Not many options
Dietary restrictions: They do have some salad and side healthier options.
