Solid 4 and much better than our visit at a different location.

Though the did include all the items ordered, they did not include ketchup for fries and any cutlery (ordered).

Our to go order arrived home packaged well.

The breadstick was a bit hard and the French dip sandwich was too salty. The fries were okay, they did not travel as well as other places in similar proximity.

The Shirley temple had the right amount of cherries and the grilled chicken salad had the most delicious fresh ingredients.

The staff were friendly enough during pick up.

Shrimp and chicken was in a pile of grease. Music was all over the place hip-hop auto tune clubbing, beegees, head banger rock. Waitress was nice and helpful but could have smiled once or twice.

Called them and when they answered the phone I told them that the person who gave my food never gave me my shake. He immediately hung up the phone and never answered when I phoned again. Probably not going to see that shake.

I recently visited Applebee’s, and while the food was good and tasty, the service was disappointing. The utensils were not clean, and the server’s appearance was untidy, which was a major turn-off for me. I hope they improve their service and cleanliness because the food itself was enjoyable

The wait staff were severely understaffed causing a 30 minute wait time. When we finally got to the table it took a while to get food and the server didn't really get a chance to check in to see if we needed anything. The manager dropped our food and it wasn't right but didn't ask us anything before she quickly left. The ownership of the restaurant needs to wake up and manage the location.

Came in and was sat down immediately and already off to a good start! The server is very nice and outgoing, then me and my fiancé order some the special Valentine’s Day drinks and at this point we also decided to order our appetizer and food too. Well we ended up waiting 10-15 minutes just for those 2 drinks as we watched them sit on the bar waiting to be picked up and when they arrive both don’t have a single drop of alcohol in them. We drank our “valentine’s cocktail” (it was literally just lemonade(good lemonade at least😂), and we’re waiting for our server to comeback around to tell her and order another drink. She didn’t come back for another 15 minutes, when she came back she asked if we wanted another drink so my fiancé ordered a beer and I asked to see the drink menu again, didn’t get the menu until 5-10 minutes later all of this and we still haven’t gotten our appetizer. At this point we’ve been here for 45 minutes. We’re looking around wondering where the beer is that my fiancé ordered (we waited 10+ minutes for the beer) and where our appetizer is. The server then brings our meals to the table then says they forgot to get/pour the beer so we just said nvm on the beer and other drink I was going to order. We still never got our appetizer at this point so were just like whatever and start eating. The ONLY thing that was good was the fries, they were hot while both of our sandwiches were room temp. After we finish eating (we also ate within 8 minutes) the server asks if we want another drink to which we both reply no because we just wanna get out of there, so she takes our plates and walks off. We wait for about 10 minutes before she comes back to ask us if we want anything else I said just the check please. She didn’t come back with the check for another 15 minutes! She never apologized for the delay either :( Luckily we weren’t charged for our appetizer that never came but we were charged for our “cocktails” that came without any alcohol. Also it wasn’t that busy either, maybe 1/3 of the restaurant was in use while the other 2/3 was empty tables. We weren’t expecting the fastest service or anything but for 2 people to be at a restaurant that isn’t even busy for an hour and a half is a little crazy. I would not recommend this Applebees to anyone. Fun little date night ruined!

Horrible service, waited 1.5 hrs to get my food after they forgot to put my steak on. There was no hostess so we seated ourselves, the manager proceeded to tell us we were in the wrong by doing so and that we were fire hazards for pulling two chairs up to one of the large tables our family was at. DO NOT DINE HERE!

Thought I would try again. 3rd time and still disappointed. First two times ate inside. 3rd time saw commercial but ordered pickup. Pickup schedule was 5:27. Arrived on time, waited nearly 30 minutes. Had to ask for an update, was told almost ready. Staff apologized saying GM in Europe no workers. I get it, but why not move order pick up time out or turn off? Also I know it's a value menu for the $9.99 special it's big but for me it's not flavorful on the big clucken chicken. My daughter liked the burger. That's why I have a 2 star vs 1. With so many options to eat, I won't be trying a 4th time anytime soon.

I ordered DoorDash from here and when I received my food it was missing ingredients that was supposed to be on it. I ordered one of their specialty drinks and they gave me sprite instead. And this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue from this location. Very upsetting.

We went to have dinner after seeing the wildlights at the zoo. We had a total of 7 people, 2 adults 3 kids and 2 babies. They would not serve us. The excuse was that it was a safety issue to seat one of the babies who was in a carrier. They didn't have a sling which I said was fine we could put the baby on a high chair or in a chair and we was told no it's a safety issue to seat the baby. We left and went down the street to Texas Roadhouse.
It's a Friday night and the parking lot and restaurant were pretty empty, I can see why. They make excuses to not serve people.

Kid-friendliness: They say it's a safety issue to seat babies.
