Pretty okay first a middle of the week dinner. Food we prepared well. The shrimp was a little over done. But the chicken and broccoli were really good.

Worst Applebee's ever. We went at 2 in the afternoon and there was only 4 other people in the restaurant. We waited 45 minutes for food. No I'm mot exaggerating. The plus is the waitress was great. She kept apologizing and bringing drink refills.

I'm usually pretty laid back, but our experience was just disappointing. We rolled in at 6:03 PM, party of four, and had to stand at the hostess stand for 12 whole minutes before anyone greeted us. The wait wasn't the end of the world, but it set the tone for the rest of the night. We were told 15 minutes wait time, we were seated right on that time.
Here's where it gets rough: our server didn't come over for another 15 minutes. We ordered our food and drinks, and it took 13 minutes just for the drinks to arrive. No big deal, we thought, but no refills were offered until our food arrived. And boy, did the food take its sweet time – 47 minutes after ordering, the appetizers and meals(chicken wings and tenders) arrived at the same time except one of our meals took an extra 17 minutes to arrive (boneless wings with pickle fries), and by that time, the other food was ice cold.
The waitress was super friendly and did her best, but it was clear she was overwhelmed. When it was time to pay, I asked for the bill early, but it still took 16 minutes to process and get my card back – and they forgot to give us a copy of the receipt.
Maybe it was just an off night, but for a place that's clearly capable of seating parties quickly, the service and timing were way off. Hopefully, they'll work on getting their act together.

Came in today and was served by the bartender Gracelyn. She gave me perfect service and was very helpful answering questions regarding the menu and drinks. She was kind of running the whole place by herself I noticed, no manager in sight. Felt bad for the girl but she did her best. Food took about 25 minutes to come out but it was still good. Love applebees but wish they had better management.

Applebee's is Applebee's lol. You know what you're going to get but the service is simply trash. I had a very nice server this visit but it still takes entirely too long to be seated even when there's only 1 or 2 tables occupied.

So sad because this is our last trip to an Applebees. :( our server was very kind but everything else was not good. There was no one at the hostess stand when we arrived so we waited for quite a while before we were even greeted. The hostess did not tell our server we were seated so it took a good 10 minutes before we even saw her. We received our appetizer which was cold. Then we received our food about 20 minutes later and the hamburger was completely raw. my husband had completely finished his meal before my food came. (at least another 20 minutes ) The manager never even came by to say anything and we paid full price. I worked in the food industry for years and a manager definitely would’ve at least visited the table, and they would’ve done something to remedy the situation. They were not busy at all, but they seem to be shortstaffed because everything took forever. We used to love to go to Applebee’s, but we’ll definitely not be going back. This is our second negative experience.So sad :(

restaurant actually closes at 11pm, not 12. we walk in… bar isn’t open at all. closed completely BEFORE 11pm… weird. we were there until 11:10pm and heard the servers talking trash basically saying they wish they could talk to us about getting the hell out of the restaurant… definitely won’t be coming back.
