Went inside to grab my online pickup order, a decent chunk of food was missing from my order, tried calling back multiple times to no answer. Very unhelpful if you decide to get Applebees at this establishment. Never coming to this one again.

It was fair. But thr wasn't a wait, we were seated immediately. The food was ok. I need the old menu back, bone in chicken wings and potato skins, frozen non- alcoholic drink with fresh fruit.

They are super short staffed. We went into eat all you can eat shrimp and chicken tenders and after our first plate we had to wait 25 mins for another plate. We just took our food and left. The bartender lady serving us was no help. She got upset just because I mentioned it was a really long wait. I'm really disappointed we didn't get what we paid for. UPDATE on 7-6-2025 After leaving this review, Applebee's main management did reach out and apologize. They said a manager from the Applebee's I went to would reach out and send me a gift card to try to make the situation right. THAT NEVER HAPPENED!!! Never heard anything after the email they sent. I FEEL LIKE THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION HAS SOME REAL ISSUES. UPDATE 7-22-2025: So after my last update, a manager named Mike reached out to me to apologize for all the confusion. Said they had to fire a manager and that he would make things right. That his boss would reach out, and they would send me a gift card. GUESS WHAT!!!! STILL NOTHING. Mike gave me his number to check back in, and of course, nothing. I left a message and no call back. Don't give this place a chance. It's a problem after the problem.

Let me start by saying they try to over charge me by $20.00+ . The service/ bartender seem to be only one running it all maybe 1 or 2 other girl on the older side! On a Friday night. Also I got the 2 for 30, kids meal, 3 adults drank and 2 appetizers (one with 2/30) !! I want a well done stake I was very pink 🤮 so after that and the floor being just disgusting! She bring me a $103.00 bill 😳😳😳 so I get to looking I got charge for both appetizer also a fish meal and something else???? So of. Course i say something she say oh no he was supposed to take it off 😒😒🤷🏼♀️ at this point im so irritated 🤨 so i get my new bill that now is $84.00 be frl

if i can give you any life advice, it’s don’t go to this applebees. this was genuinely the worst restaurant experience i’ve had. not only meal wise, but the service is horrible. as a hijabi muslim woman, me and my family were ignored. several tables with larger groups of people arrived after us and got serviced before us. the waiter completely ignored us and only came about 4 times for the 2 hours we were there. each time she came, she would give us very few words and never really checked in on us with a pleasant attitude. we also got the wrong orders several times and had to wait 30+ minutes each time (we got the all you can eat). whenever we would look over, she would be having long conversations with the other customers in her section and checking in on them. i’m not sure if it was because we are muslim or just because she wasn’t having a good day, but it was genuinely the worst service, food, and experience i’ve ever had in a restaurant.

DO NOT EAT HERE. Service was horrible. I don't know if it was because of our skin color or the religious attire of someone who was with me, but we had a very unpleasant time which was racially motivated and clearly biased against us. Shelby, our waitress, throughout our two hour wait, stopped to check on us minimally. We came for the all you can eat and she would only stop when our plates were empty (twice and after waiting 20+ minutes), while with every table beside us (who were all white) got all her time and attention. We didn't even get a proper acknowledgement. Anytime we got refills for our drinks, she would put the drinks down and walk away without as much as a smile while cracking jokes and favoring the other folks. Over four tables were in and out while we waited for service. Never had I thought I'd get such disappointing and bad service. And most of all the clear bias and prejudice being shown, especially in 2025. Very disappointing. We need a serious apology because this is not acceptable and this will be escalated if not urgently addressed.

Waiter was great got a appetizer chips were so stale I could barely bite through them they gave us more told us they were out of chips so we tried the new ones and they were fine but then see another table get more after they said they were out of them I didn’t get that and also don’t get why they are playing heavy metal screamo music so much for family friendly restaurant guess that’s gone now we brought our 9 month old and wasn’t even offered a high chair had to go find one myself customer service is not what it used to be anymore probably why there are only 4 tables filled here

I am not sure how this location is staying in business! It consistently closes hours earlier than it's supposed to, because they're short-staffed. Sometimes you'll go there and somebody will come out and say there's literally only one person working and you will have hours wait. Have to appreciate them giving you a heads up first, but management here must be atrocious not to ever have any staff working. I've been to other Applebee's and they're not like this. The one up in Mansfield is fantastic! If you make it in here when they're actually open, typically service is going to be extremely slow. We have had pretty friendly staff though, so we've been lucky on that end. We typically always make a point to just skip past Applebee's when we're trying to come up with something to eat. I wish they would either get themselves in gear, or just close down and let us get a different restaurant in there that's actually worth us going to.

Definitely not the Applebee's I remember as a kid. I'm not sure how their boneless wings were voted America's favorite, they must've awarded themselves that title, because they were average at best. I'll be sticking with Roosters. Not to mention its expensive.
