Plz go elsewhere..Features: Losing their customer base due to the attitude from their staffs.. Always a 30 min wait for dinning is simply unacceptable..

Used a gift cardfrom my last experience after guest relations apologized. I was still ignored upon arrival . I asked for some extra ranch for my 25 wings and the red head who I asked had a whole attitude.i checked my food before departure and was looked at like I lost my mind. I can’t believe that after having a bad experience and even having thus matter taken up by corporate I was still treated like a second class citizen at this establishment. Management should be appalled.I would not recommend Applebees on Polaris to anyone.

Had absolutely the roughest time trying to get somebody to take my order so I can get food to go home. They were not that packed. The hostess did not acknowledge me, and when I left and called the restaurant five times from the parking lot nobody answered the phone. That’s why I went to outback steakhouse. Horrible customer service, horrible position on employees. I will never eat here again.

Charming Sandstorm

This establishment is in need of workers because when I went in with my family, it took us awhile to get our food let alone drinks which again isn't the cook or servers fault thats on the owner for not hiring enough people. The atmosphere in there is somewhat disheartening as the walls have been coloured on by children and is in need of an update as the decor feels a tad outdated.

For my family all was just fine. Waitress was working hard, they were obviously understaffed. 3 wait staff for a busy restaurant, several parties walk out. Hopefully they can find more staff because the food is good

Our waitress was nice and attentive. We got there about 30 minutes before they were about to close and everyone was singing too the music and having a good time. My tortilla soup was different but still edible. My wonton tacos were great as always!

The server was a very polite gentleman but the manager was awful. First the food came out awful. The steak was supposed to be medium rare but came out well done. I asked for a replacement only for a smaller well done steak to come out. Second the menu stated there was a brownie bite was a dollar extra but when the check came it was 2.50. I asked the server and he said it was a mistake but then the manager pulled around and said to deal with it because the price went up to pay the chefs. Im almost certain it’s illegal to randomly change the price like that and force me to pay it. I don't care about the money but I would like corporate to call me as ive never had this happen before.

Placed order online. The app doesn’t tell you delivery time until after you’ve placed the order. Said it was going to be two hours. There is no way to cancel online. I called the store and no one ever answered after multiple attempts. Worst customer service ever.

This location was absolutely dirty, there was 1 roll of tissue in the women's restroom. The trash cans ran over onto the floor. I should've taken pictures to show. Ran over toilets with splashed dried toilet paper on the wall behind the toilet. I moved the tissue to the "cleanest stall." I exited the restroom and saw an employee who I brought awareness to the restroom. The employee went into explaining why it was filthy, and that's when I made up my mind not to be there. On the way back to inform my neice what I had seen and to let's go somewhere else, I noticed the floors, bar, and tables were dirty to the point, I thought what's going on?! I have never seen such conditions in any restaurants as I saw there in Polaris!
