was literally sitting in the drive through for over 15… waiting for one of my friends food………. It was only 1 car in front of us…… food was not fresh or hot.

Horrible. I guess short on staff. The wait to order was long, let alone the wait for 2 sliders and a fry. Took one bite and couldn't eat anymore. The roast beef was dark and not so good 😕

They discontinued the fish 🐠 sandwich so they lost me as a customer
Wish I could give him no stars but it won't allow me to give no stars with inside of this location. Nobody in the store. Nobody in the drive through and the manager still tells me. I have to wait another 10 minutes after being in there. A few minutes. I still gotta wait to get my order taken. Why when there is nobody in the drive through and nobody inside but yet I come inside and I still have to wait to get food.

While the food is decent, the workers are disrespectful and under poor management. Got disrespectful attitude for having to get a buffalo chicken sandwich changed out because it had ranch in it without mentioning there was ranch content on the menu board. While the food generally isn't bad, I wouldn't suggest if you want friendly service especially those with sensitive stomachs.

Well it's Arby's, pretty much everybody understands that fast food restaurants now you don't get very good service. I was hungry and their fish sandwich hit the spot

Ordered through DD food was picked up in less than 10 min which told me they gave me old food that had been sitting and I was going to be unhappy. When I got the order I was missing an entire meal plus all sides the sandwiches were ice cold and the bun was hard and not toasted. DD reordered my food and GUESS WHAT????? Same exact thing no fries and the sandwiches were ice cold. I have worked fast food and I promise it is not that hard to check a receipt before sealing and handing over a bag. I get things get busy but same exact issue twice in a row ???? You need to do better consumers pay way too much to have to experience these issues repeatedly! The GM needs to clean that place up or let someone else do the job
