Got dinner Saturday. my lil girl n I both bite into our burgers we notice the texture was weird more like raw. I put them in my air fryer. I'm good instead I'll just by my own patties from grocery store and make my own at home. I mines well if I'm going to get raw patties. By the way this was a 85$ order including everyone else food in my house whole. I do give the drive through girl who took my order a five star she was pretty awesome.

Second visit this month both sub par. Last night received my au jus but no French dip sandwich. All four of my regular roast beef sandwiches half the beef off bun. Why??? And why both times I was asked to pull up to the side door when nobody is behind me???

I ordered two turkey bacon ranch clubs and when I got my food which I had my friend go pick the food up for me when i got my food my turkey bacon ranch club it was missing the bacon and the ranch I called up there to let them no my sandwich was missing them items on it the guy on the phone told me I had to bring it all the way back up there which I have no car so i let them no that i couldn't get back up there tonight he told me i can just bring the sandwich and the recipt up there another day i Said the sandwich to do that make sense to you he said yeah ?but I will be going up there tomorrow to speak with the manager my feelings is hurt cause I went out the way to get Arby's and I didn't even get all my ingredients that I paid for the sandwich is a basic sandwich now but anyways then to be basically told that I have to bring the sandwich back I can't eat it I'm very hangry now and a homeless person is about to starve cause the sandwich is just going to just go to the trash ? #Arby's y'all need to get it together ????
Just had to stop in for the 4 for 10$ Roast Beef sandwich special! Actually visited 3 times this week. Sandwiches very fresh and warm. One visit they were out of roast beef completely, but it's all good. Easy quick meal during this heat wave! Cashier was cordial and quick.
