The store at 3815 south high wasted all that money on a remodel just to keep trashy. Customer service. Disregard and disrespect was my experience. Standing waiting for 15 minutes for an order only to hear the manager tell the other worker “don’t worry about that now”. She did that right in front of me as if I didn’t matter , nor did my customer matter. If this establishment can’t handle doordash orders then don’t take them. I will never come back here as a door dasher and I will never come back here as a customer.

If I could leave a negative star rating, I would. We went through the drive thru, on Saturday night the night before St. Patrick day. It took 10 min for a person to decide to take our order. And they were out of roast beef. Mind you, Arby's commercials say, "we got the meats." BUT NOT TONIGHT. So we ordered a Buffalo chicken wrap meal with crinkle fries and a Turkey Gyro meal with crinkle fries. We were told to pull forward, and they would bring the food out. There was only one car behind us, and there was no one inside for them to wait on. It took another 15 minutes before they brought us the food. The fries were cold! And the Buffalo chicken wrap was not cut all the way through, and even though they put 2 paper wrappers on it, the wrap was oozing from the sauce making it impossible to eat in the car and having to wait till I got home to eat. Meaning that I had to reheat the wrap.

Went to the drive thru... My order was wrong, the curly fries were old, I ordered a Jamoca shake, it definitely was vanilla, they didn't have the cheese steak, they couldn't serve carbonated drinks, the Beef & Cheddar Sandwiches had very little beef and even less cheddar... However the lemonade was good and the girl working the drive thru was pretty nice... Lol... I will never go there again... Thank goodness I live in Cleveland...

The Arby's on Brice Rd is not the place to eat. The furniture is outdated, and broken. The carpet is filthy and the service was horrible. I was attacked verbally by the manager, called homeless and asked to leave after buying food and sitting down to eat. The whole incident became crazy as she called her family who tried to physically assault me. Without knowing what happened.
