The woman at the drive-thru named Loretta was very rude! She snatched my card out of my hand. When I asked for sauce she appeared to be bothered. I had to ask for my credit card back and when I did get it, it was without receipt. When I asked Loretta for my receipt she had an attitude. My coworkers and myself come to this location often and have never experienced someone so disrespectful until crossing paths with Loretta. Her customer service is horrible. She should not be greeting anyone with that attitude.

Really awful chain of restaurants. Used to be considered the nicer of fast food. Easily one of the worst now. Never, NOT ONCE, in the past 5 years, have they gotten the order right. The roast beef is always cold and *feels* old. Absolutely terrible. Never again will I go to an Arby's.
