I got the new nugget bowl over priced for small portions and it was cold when I got it and then I went back around bc I forgot to get something the woman was rude and unprofessional and when she charged me for something she charged me for a smaller portion when asked about it we heard her say ugh what now I won't be going back

We stopped here on our way from Akron, Ohio to Indianapolis, Indiana.
The prices are way too high, as they have gotten to be everywhere, especially since COVID.. But, otherwise:
The restaurant was very clean. Everything was neat and tidy and organized. Nothing was messy or out of place.
The young girl who waited on us was super sweet. Very friendly, helpful and professional.
Food was excellent. Jalapeno bites were fresh, extra hot (temperature hot) and perfectly crispy. I had a honey mustard chicken snack wrap that was tasty and then a Salted Carmel cookie that was to die for!! Huge, fresh and oh so yummy! If I lived in Columbus, Ohio, this would be my go to for deliciously fresh food in a nice clean environment.

Cheesesteak didnt have enough peppers or flavor. Fries were good though but they didnt have ketchup. Person taking my order wasnt very friendly.
Restaurant was clean and will go back but ill stick with normal roast beef sandwich.

The woman at the drive-thru named Loretta was very rude! She snatched my card out of my hand. When I asked for sauce she appeared to be bothered. I had to ask for my credit card back and when I did get it, it was without receipt. When I asked Loretta for my receipt she had an attitude. My coworkers and myself come to this location often and have never experienced someone so disrespectful until crossing paths with Loretta. Her customer service is horrible. She should not be greeting anyone with that attitude.
