this location was on point with service, friendliness and speed. The one we use to go to (West broad in the bottoms) lacked in all these ways past several months. Had kinda lost hope until we stopped here. The ladies were very helpful and friendly. Our order was taken promptly, accurately, and we also received our food the same way. Food was hot and fresh.Will most definitely drive the extra bit to bypass the other one and stop in here

Well, let's just say that it took an extra thirty minutes to eat our lunch when there was nobody in the restaurant.1)We stood at the front counter for fifteen minutes.2) Then, We were told by an employee that she would help us, but she couldn't clock in for another four minutes.3) In the meantime, 2 people had problems with their orders and we're not happy.While we were standing there.4) Instead of solving the problems with the upset customers, they argued about instead of just replacing the order And making it right to satisfy the customer.5) Finally received our orders and two of the three orders were wrong.6) by the time we got our food it was cold7) Wanted additional sauce for sandwich and stood at the counter for 5 minutes Waiting to be acknowledged while people behind the counter Obviously saw me but ignored me.Other than that everything was fine. Lol

Could be better, fries half filled and less than happy workers ...But it is fast food and not fine dining.
Took forever to get my order. Why do fast food restaurants take payment and then tell you that it'll be a while until food is ready? I had to wait for my chicken to be cooked. Then I received a hot sandwich with cold fries.
The food was awesome but the staff were unwilling to do their job. Very poor service and they do not honor an order placed on their own app with proof of payment. Staff unwilling to do anything to fix the situation. Would not recommend this location.
Would have received 4 stars but due to the disappearance of potato cakes you'll get one and like it. I know it's not this particular location only, it's company wide, but your fries are always ( and I mean always) cold or lukewarm at best. Do better boys and girls. Do better.

Whatever happened to the courtesy of letting customers know before they pay for food that you're dropping it in the fryer? You'd think that you're getting both items hot? Not cold fries with a hot sandwich.
This was the cleanest Arby's I have ever been in!! The staff were all happy and engaged in friendly conversation with the guest and were very polite!!! I was extremely impressed with this location and I will most definitely be returning!!!!!Kid-friendliness: Staff made sure to acknowledge the children who came in putting a smile on the children's faces.

Location is almost always out of something. Service is spotty at best in drive thru the wait too long most visits.
