Arby's 2160 Morse Rd - I don't know what in the hell is going on at this store, but I placed an order on line and it was supposed to be ready at 7:29. I was in the drive thru line at 7:25 and didn't get up to the speaker until 7:47 (Three cars in line). Now down to one car in front of me and I didn't get my food in hand until 7:56 pm!!!! Food is COLD!! I am now pissed!!!!!!! NEVER coming back here again!
Hours showed open but drive through operator said system was down. It has happened multiple times within 30 minutes of closing

Arbyâs sandwiches are always amazing with decent meat and great prices. Their slogan is impressive, âwe have the meatsâ. This location has a great dining room with an unlimited sauce and beverage station. Service is great. Really like Arbyâs roast beef sandwiches. The fish sandwich is also delicious.
Food was made fresh .Temperature was perfect. Service was great. Chicken was fresh. Roast Beef was great and fries were hot.
