Morse Road and Northtowne location. Just left there 9 pm tonite Thursday, November 30th. Got a corned beef ruben double meat and crinkle cut fries. Was literally enjoying the sandwich until I had a long black hair in my mouth. So disgustingly gross and pathetic. I guess it’s too much to expect to be able to get a safe , clean and decent sandwich at a place like Arby’s these days. People are just nasty and dirty representing these fast food places. Thinking we can trust a meal at places like that now is naive and foolish because long loose hair down and exposed while preparing our food is unsanitary and thats the best they can offer. Do Better or SHUT IT DOWN. Just Nasty, Dirty and grossly disgusting…

Nasty pest infested restaurant. The food here is disgusting, the store is unkept, and the manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. This is a really trashy Arby's, and should be avoided at all cost.

Horrible burger unbeatable, done twice..grossOrdered roast beef sd none! 2hr wait,ice cream float?. Nope..forget about it! 1130am lunchtime empty parking lot...no wonder!!

Ordered via app, received HALF my order, and when I called to see if they had rest of it, they told me they couldn't do anything because I ordered via their app. So, I am going to have to lose $16 and I can't do the "survey" as they didn't give me a receipt either.

Once again. This store needs to be shut down. My husband and I stopped by Friday evening. There was one car in line. One of the workers was outside...smoking a cigarette . When we came to the window the girl said... Our machine is not working now you can come back in 10 minutes to see if it is working and we will give you a discount and the laughted. Every time we go to this store there is always something wrong. We are both seniors and have never seen such a business practice.
