My fiancé and I got food from here at around 4 yesterday. This is the only meal we both ate together, and the only thing we got that was the same was the cheese sauce. We have both been extremely sick and vomiting starting a couple of hours after we ate. I’ve gotten food poisoning a couple weeks ago from this same location as well. I don’t know what they’re doing but this place is gross, go to another Arby’s if you can!

They suck at mobile orders. I normally go on lunch at 12, so I’ll place my order at like 1130 on the app and tell it to be ready by 12. I come in and they won’t have it ready by 1220, as I counted last week.

Quick service, food was pretty good, but our sandwiches looked like they were just thrown together. Roast beef was all bunched up on one side & none on the other side. Pretty much had to take the roast beef off & put it back on so it covered the bun more evenly. Which is kind of messy for a beef n cheddar sandwich. Not a big deal, but it was a bit irritating.

Okay seriously let’s be honest here. This location is always out of roast beef. At this point I’m starting to think the workers are lazy and don’t want to pull any out. All they always have to offer is a burger🙄.

I placed my order at the counter for a kings Hawaiian deluxe with crinkle cuts fries and a apple turnover at 11:03 am. I waited 23 minutes and still no food. I spoke to the shift manager and told him to just cancel my order and left. As I started to back out he came out with my order. The food was by then ice cold and no apple turnover. It seems they are more focused on the drive thru and pick up orders than customers dinning in. A family came in and waited 15 minutes before they walked out and the sad thing was they never got acknowledged or a hey be right with you. If the focus is drive thru and pick up orders than close the dinning room down. This store was in total confusion. Sandwiches just sitting on the counter and they did not follow the order of the tickets coming in.
