I placed my order at the counter for a kings Hawaiian deluxe with crinkle cuts fries and a apple turnover at 11:03 am. I waited 23 minutes and still no food. I spoke to the shift manager and told him to just cancel my order and left. As I started to back out he came out with my order. The food was by then ice cold and no apple turnover. It seems they are more focused on the drive thru and pick up orders than customers dinning in. A family came in and waited 15 minutes before they walked out and the sad thing was they never got acknowledged or a hey be right with you. If the focus is drive thru and pick up orders than close the dinning room down. This store was in total confusion. Sandwiches just sitting on the counter and they did not follow the order of the tickets coming in.

Arby's sucked . I sat in the drive through for thirty five minutes . Was told they just completed the four hours cleanup and that they would give me fresh roast beef . The sandwiches were dry and tasted funny .

I had a buffalo chicken sandwich a while ago & I forgot to share. It just came to me so I wanted to share. The sandwich was soooo good! 😋 The chicken breast was very juicy & it had just the right amount of heat. 👌🏾🔥 Sorry, I don't have a picture. I ate it too fast! 😳😑🤣
Asking the only car in the driver through to pull forward and wait by the door is absurd. I know why they are doing it. It is to trick their system into thinking the food was served and get the car off the senso, therefore creating fake serving times.
