If I could give zero stars I would. We went through the drive through and the girl taking our order was rude as can be. We proceeded to get to the window where you could hear and see the girl taking the drive through orders getting extremely rude with the car behind us. Following that they went to fill up our 2 medium cokes which is supposed to be brown but was completely white due to the machine being out of service. When being asked if there was something wrong with it the girl proceeded to say “Ya I think so” in which I replied “and you were still going to serve that to us?” Then she stated “Well ya”. In our order we had the steak bites which were served to us RAW! Don’t recommend this Arby’s to anyone.

Horrible customer service went thru the drive thru to pick up a mobile order at 11:45pm worker wasnt even gona give me my drinks, when I was asked if I needed any sauces I said several packets of arbys sauce he threw 1, ONE, SINGULAR packet of sauce in my bag. So when I got his attention again about my drinks I told him what I had which was suppose to be a large coke and 2 large lemonades I get handed 1 small lemonade, 1 medium lemonade, and 1 large coke...so I called to speak to a manger after leaving which I had to call 2x for someone to answer the phone I asked nicely to speak to a manager they proceeded to tell me they were so I asked their name an they told me so I asked if he was the one who was just working the drive thru he pauses for a moment an says ugh yea why so I highly doubt he was a manager but this is very unprofessional.

We often have a quick lunch here. Besides sandwiches, they also have wraps which are the right size for a small appetite. The turnovers are a nice treat. Our only negative is the sticky floor. I'm not sure what is used to clean it, but it leaves a sticky film.
Went through the drive-thru yesterday after work I got a regular roast beef meal. They must not be sanitary because I contracted food poisoning. I couldn't work today It finally stopped about 2:00 p.m. . Do not go here!!

I saw an employee busy in video chat on drive thru window and he have quite bad attitude. Please learn to speak professionally.
They sucked, ghetto rude disrespectful unable to count, however, trying to keep $10. You have to provide a receipt upon sale it's law. I can not believe corporate would hire these types of people. Surely will not reture. Last minute wish the line was not long at White Castle next door would have gone there with better past service.
