Came through drive thru today 01/28/2025 around 12:30 in the afternoon. I know it’s lunch time but this was unacceptable if I had time to go back I would have. This is my buffalo chicken slider. I got 3. They were all the same. Absolutely NO sauce and SO HARD I couldn’t eat them. I mean HARD! Had to be sitting out all day. Awful and I have no lunch. Do better!!

Show up to order a quick lunch. Employees are here, but are only taking online and door dash orders. Asked why, no explanation. Terrible customer service.

I have always favored Arby’s as my fast food choice, but due to experiences as I had today, I will no longer visit this location. I ordered the fish sandwich combo and it was quickly served (too quickly ?). The filet was tough, flavorless and seemed as though it had freezer burn. I informed the manager who just stared at me. I asked if I could just exchange it for a roast beef sandwich which he gave me seconds later (already wrapped and waiting). No smile, apology or interest. Over $11.00 for a poor choice on my part.

The people at the window were very nice, however the food wasn't so great.
The beef and cheddar sandwich had meat that was deteriorating and the whole sandwich fell apart. The fries were extremely dried out and tasted like they were old and left out for several hours. The food was either several hours old or there's something else going wrong with the cooking process.
There was also a door that was marked as an emergency door propped wide open that said it was to be used on for emergencies only. That is a pretty serious safety hazard, as anyone could just walk in the kitchen unhindered and do anything to the food being served. It's very concerning if that door is always open like that.

Worst Arby's experience yet. Giving me sandwiches without any meat on them is unacceptable, and to make it worse being told that I can't have my money back but if I drive all the way back to that location they would make the sandwiches again. Not worth my time and I don't need even more problems by returning to an Arby's that doesn't care about the customer. I didn't eat the bread wrapped up in the foil wrappers, I just want a refund for ruining my family's dinner. "You'll have to talk to corporate" was the response. Absolutely ridiculous.

Inedible chicken sliders (literally cooked to a crisp) and served cold fries. Food went straight into the trash. Customer service was subpar as well. Find another location
