As a former fast-food manager, it's a difficult to get a 5-star review from me. Been visiting this loation about once a week since moving close by. They have been consistently quick with service times in the drive-thru, the staff is always friendly and the food is always hot and fresh. I usaully go during the week during peak times to get the freshest menu items, and this place doesn't disappoint.

Usually they are nice here but tonight was different. The lady at the drive thru was so rude to my boyfriend. When we pulled up she named a whole list of things they didn’t have and she said it really fast and we couldn’t hear her. So when we asked for 2 of the things she listed that we didn’t hear she rudely responded. I understand fast food is hard but it’s not right to be rude to someone who isn’t rude to you.

We ordered through Grubhub and not did not receive a sandwich but what you thought was a chicken sandwich but it was only lettuce, tomato and mayo, no chicken. How do you fix a sandwich and leave off the meat?

The folks working the evening shift will give you cold fries and meat that has been sitting on heat for an extended period of time. Often times, they leave the back door open and all you hear is boisterous laughter. Nobody on the night shift takes the job or the customer seriously. Its a clown show in the evenings. You’ve been warned. I would avoid this location anytime after the daily shift change and take your business elsewhere. There’s too many options on Broad to waste your money here. 2 thumbs down.

I came in to pick up an order. The lady behind the counter was rude and short, said she did not have the order...when I showed her the order on my screen she flipped the order screen around like I lying to her. The manager had no answer for why they were not receiving orders from the delivery service. The lady and another employee began laughing about how I was not the first person to come in and them not have the order. Her manager asked her to be understanding and she stated several times "Not my order, I don't care" and loudly mocked and belittled her manager. Sadly, I wasn't the only person in the store. I had to cancel and individuals delivery and this staff made no effort to restart systems or call about the issue leaving who knows how many without paid orders. No matter what your food tastes like, staff with that kind of attitude and lack of empathy is NOT who I want touching my food.Additionally, I spent 53 minutes on hold for the Arby's customer service line within hours, no answers. There was no way to even try and help stop the issue the staff ignored.
