The service was good but the food has gone downhill in my opinion!

I ordered the beef arepa. Incredible flavor but very messy. The liquid from the beef and pico made the cornbread vessel very soggy.
The service was a bit slow for being a not very busy lunch.

It was my first time going to this restaurant and we had a lovely time! Stephanie was our server and she was so kind and knowledgeable, and made us feel very welcome. We'll definitely be coming back and asking for Stephanie!

Went here the other day for their empanada lunch. It was incredible. Reasonably priced, a lot larger than I expected, and so much flavor. Everyone I came with got a different empanada and we all raved about it. The creamy cilantro sauce they give you was also very good. I will definitely come back here as the other menu items looked great as well.

I’m sitting here at Carfagna’s telling Andrew about how good my dinner was last night, and I feel like I’m losing him. He’s way more likely to retain my feedback through this medium.
We had an excellent dinner last night. It had been a while, and they added a few new items to the menu. Everything was so so good. Service is always excellent. If Andrew came here, he’d lose it over the chimi flatbread. I wish my friend would listen better sometimes. Just kidding, he’s a good buddy.

The service was ok, cant complain about it. But the food, omg, wouldn’t go back there even if someone paid me to do so, overall the food isn’t overpriced but the cost is not worth it compared to what the food tastes like and the quality. We went some days ago and ate mostly Venezuelan food and the only thing you can save from everything we ate were the tequenos.
There were no sauce options, we had to add guacamole from other plate to make it taste like something, I personally had a patacon and it didn’t even had salt, everything was tasteless until I tried the shredded beef, it was extremely over seasoned.
Also, the menu is only in English and I would change that because it is a latin American restaurant and most people who goes there speak Spanish, and mot al of them speak or read English. I had to translate the entire menu to the group of people who went there with me. With the restaurant being multi cultural we thought the menu would come in an array of languages like, Spanish, Portuguese, French ams Creole. But it did not.
Again good service, but very bad food.

Arepazo has changed the ingredients on the arepas which is awful. They're no longer flavorful and tasty like before as the cheese is different, the chicken is too dry and the cornmeal pocket is not thick on both sides for that balance. I won't be getting these again as this is the third time now and no change. In addition, service is slow if you go for lunch.

My wife and I had an amazing dinner at Arepazo in Columbus. We went all-in on the appetizers and tried almost everything on the menu — every single dish was outstanding. Fresh, flavorful, and honestly some of the best small plates we’ve had in the city.
We also ordered the Smokey Margarita and the Spicy Margarita. Both were delicious, well-balanced, and paired perfectly with the food. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was excellent.
Highly recommend Arepazo if you’re looking for great flavors, great cocktails, and an overall fantastic experience. We’ll definitely be back.

Food was delicious, we shared a couple Picada platters which were great for the group and the tres leches cake is a must. It’s hard to find these flavors up north. Our waitress/bartender was knowledgeable and patient with our large group. Reservations recommended. The place was very busy but our food still came out pretty fast and she was on top of it! We’ll be back!

Consistently terrible service. Today was the worst experience we’ve had. We will not be returning. There’s always an excuse for everything instead of accountability.

Ordered the tostones with guac and some chicharron, and I must say the flavor was on point! There was no need to add any extra salt or toppings. The hint of lime hit the spot!
