I don't know how to describe how good the food here is... I have gotten the same thing every time I've come, the Pabellon Croillo (may be misspelt), and it's really one of the most flavor packed things I've ever eaten. Each part of the dish compliments the others so perfectly.
Not the traditional experience we were expecting. The food was good, but pricey and not plentiful, and the presentation was too perfect. A Bandeja Paisa is typically a large overflowing plate with everything piled on top of the rice. Their Bandeja was served on a large plate but everything was laid out separately, including a small portion of rice and beans. It was a bit too sophisticated for what should be a country platter.

I came here back in July to host a Colombianas birthday party and talk about an amazing place to do it! The food was amazing, I haven’t been to Colombia yet but it sure tasted like I was there. I don’t need a menu because I already know what I will order, Bandeja paisa. Thank me later. And the empanadas are actually filled with! I’m hungry right now thinking about everything!
