I stopped in while back in town for Christmas. I had a great smash burger, fries, and cheese curds. All were great. The sauces were all homemade and great as well. Everyone was friendly and very attentive. I highly recommend Ash & Em in Hilliard.

This place is definitely a hidden gem. Its going to be hard to talk about the best smash burgers in the city and not mention them. There's free arcade games, there is axe throwing, cheap bucket of beers, what else do you need in a dive?? Love, LOVE this place!

I PROMISE YOU - COME GET A BURGER FROM HERE - BE PREPARED TO BE BLOWN AWAY, NOT ONLY BY THE FOOD BUT THE AMAZING SERVICE AND RETRO ATMOSPHERE. YOU HAD NO IDEA YOU WERE DRIVING BY SUCH A GEM LIKE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I WILL FREQUENT THIS RESTAURANT FOR A CONSISTENT 10/10 EXPERIENCE!
