Don't trust this location as they broke their promise to go cage free with their eggs

Extremely disappointed in the veggie wrap I got for lunch. They've been fine in the past but today it was pathetic. Just a tortilla with a pool of vinagerette and like 3 cucumber slices. Terrible value. I feel like I was robbed. If this is their new norm there's no reason to go back.

I got the "Napa chicken avocado wrap". it didn't come with avocado. the wrap itself was okay but definitely not worth $8.50.

Guy taking our order had no idea how to ring in the orders and the manager was very short and rude when we asked for an item that was on their feature board but they no longer carried. Then I went to get a refill for my drink, she watched me fill my cup and then hollered across the restaurant that their refills are not free. (No sign around the drink area stating this, I looked before I filled my cup). Was trying to have a meal with my husband out of his hospital room that was ruined by this staff. Don't waste your time making your way down to this place.

Although the prices are a little high I do have to say that the drinks are great the service is great in the only thing which I have had from there which is a smokey BBQ chicken and cheese sandwich, is also really great. Would love to go back even more

Great for a quick meal. Assortment of sandwiches, soups and salads. Workers are very nice, too.

Ate here out of necessity. Walked in and was immediately confused. As someone who would not eat here regularly, I would have appreciated more signage with larger print giving instructions on how to place an order. The order station was in the very back, once you got your food, you would walk all they way back up to the front to pay. I had no idea what to order, so I took the advice of the lady making salads and had a chipotle Turkey and avocado sandwich. I was also interested in soup, which was in the center of the place, self service. I ordered and received my food, add a cup of tomato bisque and a large water, grand total of $18... My mouth almost hit the floor! Once I sat down and started to eat, the experience did not get any better. The soup was mediocre, it needed salt, which I added. There were large chunks of tomato, which I did find gave it good texture. The sandwich was tasteless. I was expecting somewhat of a kick, but no flavor and very little Turkey. Overall, if you want to pay a high price for soup and a sandwich, I'd recommend Panera..

Food is always good. Great option to have at OSU hospital for overnight and lengthy family stays with patients.

Delicious food but very pricey and zero gluten free options. Also for the longest time during the pandemic they didn’t offer any soup because they “weren’t set up for it” since they couldn’t have it out front.

Pretty good, rather expensive.
