Staff was so sweet to me, it was my birthday today and my coupon wasn’t working. They helped me out and gave me a complimentary pretzel! Thank you so much, you made my day!

Pretzels were hot and good, really enjoyed my experience here. The line wait was quick and was in and out in probably 5 minutes.
Wheelchair accessibility: Line is accessible with a wheelchair, though, it may be hard.

Childish boy at the counter was trying to be funny speaking with an English accent. Ordered nuggets which he reached over the 1st buttery one and grabbed the stalest cup in the case (which was positioned between the fresh ones almost as if he were waiting to give them to someone). Upon the cash transaction he muttered some nonsense trying to be funny. He was completely unfunny and not the least bit concerned about product control. I ended up throwing more than half of it away. I always go to this location when I'm at the mall but will find a new snack destination. It seemed very unmanaged. I realize you employ school-age children, but at the least teach the minors some common courtesy and how to rotate product. I ALWAYS tip the kids too...I kept my change this time.

So wowwww this Auntie Anne’s is significantly overcharging for the same exact menu items that the Easton location has. For example mini hotdogs are $5 at Easton and literally $7.19 here. Even sauce is .99 at Easton and $1.19 here. If I were you I would get your Auntie Anne’s fix elsewhere bc come on now ?
Went today with my little brother and he loved it. The worker was super sweet and she called me pretty. Caught me off guard, so at the off chance she sees this, you’re very pretty as well<3

Purchase 2 dragon fruit, mango drinks. and 2 bread, pretzels got to the table the 2 bread, pretzels were hard as a rock. The drinks were so cold that you couldn’t drink them through the straw were sitting at the table for over half hour finally took them to the drinks to the car and drank them when when we got home . The employees weren’t real friendly, they were too busy having conversations with themselves, I’ve never been there before, and honestly would not go back. Spent $20 . Total waste of money.
Quick and great pretzels but a lil Burt and lil hard but overal great you can’t go wrong!

pretzels were all burnt and unedible
Went to this location in the Polaris mall and Nelson M was awesome. Very friendly and the pretzels were fantastic. Quick and speedy too.
The little hot dogs in the pretzels dogs fall out which is annoying but they were good. Line was very long but moved very fast.
Employees were out of uniform no hats or hair nets or even aprons, chewing food with out washing their hands, the pretzels were crowded on the tray and over cooked and the ones in the warmer were stale and old, the line is slow moving just to get a I don’t care attitude and when they forget an item from your order they act like you’re a nuisance. Not single employee washes their hands but they did use the hand wash sink to dump drinks.
Who ever is in charge of ordering conveniently neglected to order enough regular size cups for pretzels and they refuse to just make a clear drink cup into the correct size pretzel. Won't be getting any more of my families business.
