Pretzels were hot and good, really enjoyed my experience here. The line wait was quick and was in and out in probably 5 minutes.

Wheelchair accessibility: Line is accessible with a wheelchair, though, it may be hard.

Went today with my little brother and he loved it. The worker was super sweet and she called me pretty. Caught me off guard, so at the off chance she sees this, you’re very pretty as well<3

I was in the mood for Mall Pretzels, so I ordered a large pretzel nuggets with cheese. They were good, but still not to the level of Pretzel Time (they were not as springy and fluffy as Pretzel Time's) and the cheese tasted like processed, packaged cheese, not the Nacho cheese I am used to.
