Ate here last week and it was great. Man on register could not have been nicer. Very personal, professional, and I could easily tell he is a hard worker and likes his job. Good on him 👍

Traditional rootbeer float was fantastic but when trying to order the shrimp special from the self ordering screens it was a pain. Wasted several mins trying and eventually had to use regular cashier and she had to get managers help as the advertised special didn't come for her either...

Ordered 3 meals with cheese curds and rootbeers, only recieved 2 cheese curds and then they were arguing with me because they rang it up wrong. I offered to pay (even though it was their mistake) and for some reason they rudely continued arguing. I would not come to this location again ?embarrassing customer service. Absolutely pathetic.
I only get the root beer float, not gonna lie. But it never gets old. Haven't been inside but I'd read the other reviews.

Hands down the most horrible place I have ever been. It was so dirty there. The drink machine was broke, the floors were so greasy and black, they had no napkins, no bbq sauce. The service was the most rude people I have ever met. The boots had so much food and drinks on them it had mold growing in the cracks of the seat. The bathrooms had pee all over the seats of the toilets. And no hand soap.

Clean place with attentive staff. It's a great place and features a lot of foods that feel home cooked with a few vegetarian options like their cheddar baked potato soup and cheddar broccoli. No vegan options though to my knowledge. Always fun to try something new on their menu and staff were very nice. A great place to sit and relax for a bit as well.
