I give this location a 9/10 , simply because the food was made fresh unsure if it was just because they were about to close so they had already threw everything out or because that’s something new , although the food was fresh and brought out to me which I appreciate when I pulled to the speaker to order the person who took my order seemed a little impatient and had a small little attitude when I asked for my whole order to be made fresh , let’s not let that happen again k thanks bye

Easily the worst A&W/LJS I've ever eaten at. The staff was obviously bored and SUPER unprofessional (dropped the "F" word behind the counter within earshot of my toddler). One of the kitchen staff was coughing while plating food, didn't cover her mouth, and wasn't wearing a mask. The dining area was dirty and in need of update/repair. The drink machine stopped working while I was using it. There was mildew around the air vents. And the food... barely edible. The fish tasted off, and I couldn't finish it. The rest of the food looked like it came from a 1990s dive diner. Just disgusting.

Stopped for a quick sandwich and waited 30 minutes on a drive thru order. Then were told one of our items wasn't available. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes on a refund. Gave one star because I had to. This experience was horrible.
outside looks run down so does the inside. drive through only altho when ur there no service only one worker there has her kids there stood there 10 min no one took my order need to bulldoze the place down build somin else .

Hamburger patty was a burt hockey puck, Chicken stops were rubbery. Floor was super sticky. Just a all around bad experience

They got my order wrong I ordered 2 fish meals 1 chicken meal and 4 extra pieces of fish. They gave me 1 fish meal 2 chicken meals and only 3 extra pieces of fish.

They might as well close this location down! I’ve been here three times in the past week and they’ve been closed due to “short staffing”. but I see four people sitting inside in uniforms, Absolutely ridiculous.

But there was no answer.I have a semi truck. I can't use the drive through. Truck drivers get hungry too. Most places let me order over the phone if they are drive through only.Either update the listing, or answer your phones.* I ended up ordering through the drive through. They took my order, and my money and asked me to wait out front.I added 2 stars, but only 2 stars were added because they made me wait for another dozen cars before bringing me my food, and it was no longer hot when they brought it to me.
