Restrooms are dirty with light switches hanging out of the walls... Food order and getting food to out table was slow as well. Would not go again

food was overpriced due to them serving my American self half servings without rice or any vegetables. of ciurse didnt see this til we got home. 2 drumstucks with 1 egg was $13!! thats not what was advertised. felt super uncomfortable while waiting and they stated they didnt have the items on menu. As a respectful food connoisseur. I enjoy other cultures cuisine. I say this with passion. This is the best local East African Cuisine I have ever had. Dont be fooled by the area or the parking lot. I promise you this spot is a hidden Gem. You wont regret it.

The food is so authentic that you are convinced that there is a little grandma in the kitchen cooking and dancing. Happy place and fantastic experience, every time every visit every meal. This is not a space for people who are not adventurous. Affordable, delicious, full of flavor. I leave with a food baby every single time. Can't get enough. As an Anthony Bourdain style foodie, I feel at home and bring new faces every time I visit. Recommendations: always order shiro, try the honey wine, ask if today's gommen is spinach or greens (I just prefer greens). So glad that they are only a 1.5 hour drive away.

Meat is very good. No longer have goden which was best in town but now have to settlw for shakla or derek tibs. Wish the owner would find a butcher and bring back goden to the menu.

Wow! I was there yesterday for at least three hours with my one of my companions, the owner and the cook treated us like true Royalty. The food, freshly roasted coffee and Ethiopian hospitality was A1. Thank You for everyrhing
