The service, the food and atmosphere is great!

I like this place. It's convenient..friendly.. located right inside of the mall. Food is pretty good as well as drinks. But the drinks are a little pricey. Nice place though.

The atmosphere was nice and the food tasted great. Our server just was not very attentive and it took awhile for our food to come out. Overall experience was nice though.

Went there on a Thursday afternoon so it wasn't busy at all. I sat myself and a waiter came promptly. He was pleasant, food came quickly and was good. But that is all expected during slow times.

Good draft beer selection. Bartenders are always super friendly. Food is good

Good plantains, music and atmosphere. I don't like the bartenders attitudes sometimes, they r rude at times.

Beer tastes watery and the lines are not as clean as they should be, so it also has a gritty texture (Guinness was ordered). Server didn't know what types of liquor they sold; first thing a server at a bar or restaurant should do is memorize the menu. Had to flag her down to get the check.

went for my birthday lunch! the staff was amazing and kind! the food and drinks were delicious! will definitely be returning !!!

Visited Bar Louie a few weeks ago with some friends. Abby made us some great martinis and provided us with exceptional, quick, and friendly service. Highly recommend going during Happy Hour or during brunch on the weekends. Great place, will return.

@abby was my bartender and she was amazing! She makes the BEST lemon drop martini. Great service, great food. Will def come by again!

The lighting is a little too low but overall I enjoyed my food and the service. The pricing is competitive for the area. This is a great place to grab a quick lunch or dinner.

I went to Bar Louie last night around 12. So the bar wasn't that busy. I was seated with two other people. We were asked what we would like to order to drink and we order. The waitress brought out our drinks. One of the drinks glasses had food around the rim and inside the ice. The next issue was with my order. I order Tuscan Chicken Pasta and was served Voodoo Pasta. My waitress took it back and brought out Tuscan Chicken with NO CHICKEN!! When I realized it had no chicken the waitress was seating at another table talking to a gentleman. I waited 15 minutes just to ask another waitress to grab her. She apologized but that was 3 strikes. Worse experience at a Bar Louie last night.

We were excited to try Bar Louie at Easton and there was no hostess to seat us, so we asked a server if we could seat ourselves so they said that was fine. We waited for 10 minutes until a server came out finally. He didn't even greet us, he asked if we had been helped and we said no and he went ahead and said he would just take care of us. He then took our drink order but we again waited for another 10 minutes for those, so we decided to leave. We let him know we were going to go somewhere else. The customer service was AWFUL.. it should never take that long to greet a table or to even get a drink when we were only the second table on the patio. We will never go there again! Safe to say our experience at Kona Grill at Easton was MUCH better..

This was my first time at this location. I had eaten previously at the Arena District location. The service was top notch. The food was great. We had a very enjoyable dinner. I would recommend to others and I am sure I will be returning in the near future. No complaints whatsoever.

So this place seems to be the place you go when the wait is to long anywhere else in Easton. First is seat yourself should be noted at the door I felt bad for people standing at the front door looking lost and not knowing what to do. Next the bathrooms were awful clogged urinal and the smell of dank urine could be smelt from the hall leading to the bathrooms. Servers were ok they seemed to be in the weeds all night and it wasn't letting up at all for them. Sure I would love to trash them for letting customers bus their own tables coming in. I know this is more on staffing and not staff. Our food came all at the same time so much for ordering apps first. The calamari was a bit fishy and over cooked and the lettuce wraps were ok. We sat at a bar top table and the chaos around the bar was pretty bad. What got me were the dirty towels they kept throwing on the floor and kept walking on. Bottom line don't go here at all. If I could give it less than one star I would. Don't feel remotely special because you were able to get in to this place on a Saturday night it is only because no one else dares come to this place. The best thing that could happen to this place is the health department comes and closes this place down.
