I cried leaving here. They advertised things they did not have. The employee I interacted with was so quiet I could barely hear her. I ordered on the kiosk and I waited 20 minutes just for them to remember I ordered, then another 10 minutes for them to say “we don’t have that flavor” so I asked for a refund (I didn’t wanna wait anymore). Then I couldn’t get a refund because I used apple pay and she tried taking my phone to put the money back in (when that’s not how it works). I was refused any other option. I paid 7.99$ for me to walk out crying.
Disappointed Visit Ever. We visited this Baskin-Robbins over the weekend and had a bad experience. Only two workers were there, and they didn’t care about helping customers. We waited for about 10 minutes, and no one came to us. When someone finally did, she looked very serious and unfriendly. We won’t be coming back.
This is a nice Baskin-Robbins. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. The ice cream flavors here are always tasty, and they serve generous portion sizes for Baskin Rewards members. Its conveniently located on High St and is attached to a Dunkin Donuts, so you can have coffee with your ice cream. There is seating both inside and outside of the building. I gave this Baskin-Robbins five stars because it has tasty ice cream in a good location.
Stood in line with my 2 kids for 10 minutes, store was empty, 2 employees were behind the counter and not one of them acknowledged our presence. No cars in the drive thru. It was very strange. Definitely not wasting my time at this location again.
This place is terrible. They have no ice cream, no cones, no spoons, no hygiene.

NEVER GO HERE. I ordered an online customized cake 1 week in advance. I selected the 3245 N High st store for convenience. I tried to call ahead that morning to make sure it was ready.
THERE IS NO WAY TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN. I had to call another store to get a human being. That gracious human gave me the manager. When I arrived to the store on time, I was told they had no cake, no order.
I spoke to the site manager and the owner? Not even sure at this point. After trying to argue with me they finally located the cake at another store. They had the audacity to tell me I had to drive over the Bethel. I spoke to the ?owner and she did agree to have an employee drive it over. I’m typing this as I wait.
I would recommend no one patronize this place nor its parent owners. This was a customized birthday cake so I didn’t have time to reorder anything. Just want to warn others.
Brand new baskin robbins with no cones or cups. Great! Good luck with your new unsuccessful business. Back in the 80’s BR use to be a great brand. Not anymore.I returned yesterday and finally they have cups and cones. However, they sold me an undercooked waffle cone, and all tables were dirty. Manager, wake up from your hibernating nap and fix this place.

When is the big tree planting ceremony?
I recently visited the new Dunkin Donuts located on 3241 N High St in Columbus, OH, and I have to say that I was extremely disappointed. Firstly, I was appalled by the removal of the beautiful, old trees that once graced the area around the store. It's disheartening to see a company prioritize their profits over the environment and the community's well-being.
Not only did the removal of the trees have a significant impact on the environment, but it also increased the carbon footprint of the area. Trees play a crucial role in combating climate change by absorbing carbon dioxide and releasing oxygen back into the atmosphere. By removing these trees, Dunkin Donuts has taken a step backward in the fight against climate change.
The benefits of the trees to our community cannot be overstated. They provided shade, reduced noise pollution, and created a pleasant atmosphere for the neighborhood. In addition, studies have shown that being around trees can have a positive impact on mental health and well-being. It's sad to see a company disregard the positive impact that these trees had on the community.
Overall, I cannot recommend this Dunkin Donuts location. Their utter disregard for the environment and the community's well-being is unacceptable. I encourage the owner, franchisee, and franchise to take responsibility for their actions and find ways to mitigate the impact of the trees' removal. Paying a fine is not enough. Until then, I will not be returning to this location and encourage everyone to spend their money elsewhere.
Nice, new location. Ice cream was ok.
Great chain! They got me my order without any contact, any employees, any food, or any building! I will definitely be coming here when they open.
