I'm pretty sure the ice cream we bought tonight was expired but I've never had expired ice cream so I'm not sure exactly what I ate. We had a power outage last week in the area and I think maybe it turned and they didn't replace it. I noticed something when I first tasted but didn't say anything because I wanted a different flavor (mint chocolate chip) but they didn't have that so I got butter pecan and they're very different so I thought maybe it's just me thinking about the other. But then my wife said something a few seconds later about her Reeses' tasting funny and then I knew there was something wrong with it.

I ordered a sundae from here 20 minutes from closing, the app said to go inside for order. I live right behind the building, but the doors were locked. I go and get my car, and goes through the drive thru, and was told they could not make my order. Ok, fine just refund me. Mind you, this was all within about 8-10 minutes...store was not closed. They did not refund money back to my card and I did not get my product. And I might have been ok with that, but a few weeks back I ordered something else through Dunkin Donuts, and they didn't have it but they never refunded my money. So this is twice that they took my money, and didn't give me my product. I would avoid ordering anything on the app for this location!! Oh, and let me not forget that I've tried calling the store multiple times, and the guy Foster who i was told was the manager or HR person would not come to the phone!!

Ordered the chocolate Oreo shake. Didn't look at at all like how it's advertised. Was completely liquid, Should've trusted the reviews. Don't waste your money here.

There was a younger cashier associate today who took our order and her customer service skills were excellent. Something I have not seen in a long time from the younger generation. I didn’t catch her name but thank you for being so kind.

I've been ordering the same thing at BR for 30 years. Mocha blast made with jamocha almond fudge ice cream. Today I was told" it's made with vanilla, I can't change what flavor ice cream to use." This is ridiculous.

We've been there four times in the past two to three months for a Cappuccino Blast and they say they can't make it because something is broken. You would thing that the business would've already fixed whatever was broken in three months? Then today we couldn't understand why she couldn't make it because she was just laughing so hard. I don't think we'll be back to this location & we come from Marysville just to get these drinks as a little treat from time to time.

The lobby says you close at 10. We were there at 9. You should be open instead of standing outside smoking.

Prices are high, and they don’t give you as much as they used to, the cones weren’t filled in the base, and they were stale. Very disappointed this visit

Stopped for an ice cream cake, all they had were Polar Pizzas. Rang up $99.99 instead of $35.99. Waited 10 min for them to fix the price. Sang Happy Birthday at home, cut it and got more too sugary cookie than ice cream (it was 1/2 inch thick ice cream) When I complained they gave me 6 donuts!! Don't waste money there.

The icecream is freezer-burnt. I told the guy I didn't want any freezer-burn and he gave it to me anyway. Then he was going to give me more and I said it again. He just stopped filling my cone and handed it to me half empty ( A very loose scoop) the cne was way to stale to eat. My husband ordered a Sundae with no nuts, but the guy put nuts anyway. Also, there aren't 31 flavors, but only 16. I wanted black cherry but they only had standard flavors.. We won't be back
Unfortunately when my daughter’s father and I took our child for ice cream on one of the few visits that he gets to have with her, we did not get any ice cream. This is because upon entering, there was a bunch of water spilled on the floor or leaking from the coolers. I told one of the workers and she said “I’m off work” and she continued working in the background. We were ignored three times and no one would help us. I repeated it again I even mentioned that it again hoping no one would come in and fall. I didn’t want my little one falling either and I’m visually impaired but luckily I have enough sight to have spotted the water. The manager looked me dead in the face and walked away. They would not take our order and they just kept talking amongst thwmselves in the back. One of the workers stopped to complement how pretty my daughter was but then walked away. Finally, we left because we felt that they were ignoring us in hopes that we would just leave so we did.
