A little pricey for a tiny scoop, great flavors with a great taste though. The worker was pretty nice and fast. A lot of different flavors and overall like the interior and exterior. I would recommend it if you were looking for some unique flavors and to spend a little extra.

I spent years in Korea, where there is a baskin robbins in every corner, and never had a problem getting a scoop of ice cream. You go to this shop, and like in most baskin robbins in the area, they cannot make a scoop of ice cream right, and they always have a good excuse for it. How difficult is to get a $5 scoop of ice cream in this shop? Can I just get behind the counter and do it myself? I would be happy to show them how to do it. A brand that once was the best ice cream in America is being trashed by a bunch of people that cannot get a scoop of ice cream right.

Dosent even deserve 1 star. 1st off, the place was dirty. There were no chairs to accompany the tables in dinning room. All the tables were dirty. There were about 5 rude kids working there. 2 of them on their phones. We were ignored for quite awhile. Then they couldn't make a banana split. Didn't have any toppings or cones. After I finally got my scopes, they were freezer burnt and smelled. Completely inedible. The refrigerator to the pints is locked. It was the biggest inconvenience for the employees to unlock it. It was overall an awful experience.

I wish I could give a NO stars rating. The most ridiculous experience today. First, no waffle bowls..so I ask for a cone. No cones either..okay we want two scoops in bowls. One for my husband, myself and our kiddo. We ended up with 5 single bowls and two flavors we didn’t even order. We were given no spoons and when we asked for them, we were given the little sample spoons. Not to mention, the guy making and taking our order paused multiple times to attend to the drive thru. While we were there, we witnessed a customer go through the drive thru and come back in because her shake was more like strawberry milk. They remade it for her and it was still wrong & she asked for a refund which she was still waiting on when we left. This whole experience was really disappointing.

Store hours clearly states open until 10pm but at 9:30 they told us in the drive thru that they were closed…don’t waste your time going here unless it is before 9pm because the employees are done at 9.

Terrible experience at this BR. They messed up 2 out of 3 VERY easy and simple orders. If you want to treat your kids to ice-cream save yourself the headache and go somewhere else

On the odd times that I have gotten what I want it was good. I’ve driven 10 miles to this store (to get Baskin Robbins chocolate ice cream) three different times this Summer. Once they had no chocolate ice cream-a staple. The other 2 times they told me they had closed the ice cream section. Today, when they turned me away a third time, they told me that while they advertise that they are open until 9 PM, they actually close the ice cream section 30 minutes prior to closing in order to clean. So if you Google their hours and it says they’re open until nine they are unless you want ice cream. They fail to advertise that part. I’m so frustrated that if I did not have a gift card to stand, I would not go back.

Do not go here!!! Poor customer service. They messed the name up on my $100 cake and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. Only offered me a $10 Dunkin gift card. Go somewhere else!

Worst experience(s) ever! Staff completely clueless, un-professional, and rude. I find that I am not alone when looking at the reviews..How a District rep for Dunkin or Baskin-Robbins hasn't addressed this is beyond me. Even if this is a franchise store...aren't there minimum standards of competence.

Super unprofessional group of employees. The only one working professionally was the nice woman getting our ice cream. The rest of the employees were literally running around the inside of the building chasing each other and playing tag. Giggling, screaming, and flirting with a male employee who was chasing them around, even out the front door. Will not visit this location again. Ice cream was good, but I can't patronize a business who leaves a bunch of immature employees in charge.

Bad service, it's like your not there. More worried about drive through. Then the 4 people in the lobby. Then stop servicing me . t[ help another person. Before finishing with my order. I say don't go here again
