The cake itself tasted fine (and at least the flavors were correct). The real disaster was everything else. The ordering process was a mess—two different people gave conflicting information, no one could answer a simple question over the phone, and the cake ended up at the wrong location, forcing an extra drive across town.
All of that might have been almost forgivable if I hadn’t paid $70 for a cake that looked like a kindergarten art project. The printed image on top? Bubbly, warped, and misshapen—like it had been applied by someone wearing oven mitts. And to top it off, they somehow managed to turn a Houston Texans cake into an Easter brunch centerpiece. Order a decorated cake at your own risk.
The ice cream is good BUT the workers must be unable to read because everytime I place an order through DoorDash it is NEVER right. Not even the right ice cream. Good luck ordering here.
Unbelievably rude staff, the manager refused to get on the phone with me about a price issue and the employee actually hung op on me. This location is price gouging and is charging $107 for an ice cream cake that is sold for $39.99 in other locations (the exact same cake and size). I will be calling the corporate number to complain about this location. Totally unprofessional and I’m shocked at the response from this staff. What a horrible business model.
The service was good but the food was so nasty, the turkey breakfast sandwich was rubbery, loaded hash browns were so disgusting, I ordered 2 glazed crewlers donuts and they were hard as I don’t know what. I Got to cold coffees they were okay but I will never eat here or buy anything and I mean anything else from this restaurant. Horrible food.
Ordered a breakfast sandwich. Sausage was barely cooked. Bacon was barely cooked. The egg was put on the sandwich frozen. Got a refund. I will never go back. Someone needs fired on the spot.

My husband placed a Doordash order for this specific location and half of what was offered on the website wasn't even at the location. Ordered a banana split with chocolate ice cream, vanilla ice cream and Icing On The Cake Flavors.... nothing was in stock and they had none of the toppings either. If you're an ice cream shop and you're offering something on your menu - it should be available to order. Now I understand the one star reviews and it's my fault for not reading the reviews before suggesting we order dessert from this place!
Been to this location 3 days in a row, they mess up my order every time, THEY don't know how to make coffee, I also ordered hot breakfast and it was cold

If i could rate this place zero stars i would. This place of business is profoundly unprofessional and they do not care about their employees mental and physical health. The manager is extremely rude. They do not care about family deaths. They expect you to come to work the same day and following days after a traumatic experience. All they care about is the money. No regards to human beings.

Don’t even attempt to work here, management is unreliable, disrespectful, dishonest, a straight train wreck. They will cuss you out due to their frustrations with their own jobs, won’t even train you properly. (((FAILED HEALTH INSPECTION)))
My second day working, don’t forget how they forgot they hired me when they switched managers, then “fired” me because they forgot to schedule me just to “re-hire” me and have me wait even longer for my training paycheck, mind you they only do paper checks the first paycheck, ““where’s my check?”” They don’t know.

This was not a good experience at all. I work in the fast food industry and the attitude of the man helping me and my significant other was horrible. We ordered at the kiosk inside then also ordered at the counter. The kiosk was great and I got my food quickly my partner had to wait the whole 15 minutes to get his food. We waited at the counter to order milkshakes and he just stared at us like we were stupid and then eventually came over and rudely helped us. Then gave us milk with barely any ice cream. Then when we reminded him that my partner had food he said “ok I know” while rolling his eyes. Then rudely demanded what doughnuts we ordered.

5:50pm 01/19/24 I ordermatcha late L, two sm mango smoothie and a milkshake at the drive thru but she said for milkshake I have to order in side because takes time??? Call me crazy if want but I usually use the drive thru because is faster.. this is the second time and the lady is so rude

No where in drive through does it specify the ice cream flavors . Just tried to go through drive through and order and was told to come in and look at the flavors . Just wondering why have a drive through if I need to come into building to order ...
