This was not a good experience at all. I work in the fast food industry and the attitude of the man helping me and my significant other was horrible. We ordered at the kiosk inside then also ordered at the counter. The kiosk was great and I got my food quickly my partner had to wait the whole 15 minutes to get his food. We waited at the counter to order milkshakes and he just stared at us like we were stupid and then eventually came over and rudely helped us. Then gave us milk with barely any ice cream. Then when we reminded him that my partner had food he said “ok I know” while rolling his eyes. Then rudely demanded what doughnuts we ordered.

This morning I sent my wife for coffee and I asked for the new signature pumpkin spice munchkin latte and we end up with 3 pumpkin spiced iced coffee. Even though it was wrong I went back later myself to talk to a manager and there wasn't one but miss kayleen was super nice and understanding an let me know she can't give me a refund but she can make one for me and I thanked her an said no thank you but she insisted cause she said we at least had to try it because of how amazing it was. Because of her I will be back to this location for not only coffee but for Ice cream now too. P.s. she had to mix it with blueberry munchkins AND IT WAS AMAZING.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! How can you offer banana splits and not have bananas? This has happened on two separate occasions. I was ordering through Uber Eats & went through 4 different drivers because they didn’t have my order ready. I had to call and talk to someone at the store who was less than helpful. This store, which I'll assume is a franchise, needs to get itself together.

Location says they open at 5:30 am but I guess BR doesn’t open to 11:30am. Why have a coffee ice cream beverage but don’t start serving it until almost lunch hour? They should have both DD and BR hours clearly posted somewhere. Lame location.

Went to get ice cream and they are advertising all over the place about the new Oreo double stuff things and they had absolutely ZERO Oreo options in their display case. My husband was really looking forward to the Oreo s’mores flavored. I asked for the Oreo cappuccino and they said they didn’t have any of the stuff to make it. Not to mention the staff is extremely rude. There was only two individuals working at the time i was there. The one girl was complaining because someone ordered 3 dozen donuts through the drive thru. She took away the guy ringing up my order because she needed the 3 dozen of donuts made. She also complained about 3 cars came through the drive thru for water while it’s 100+ degrees outside. Definitely will not be back to this location. I’ve seen this same girl before at the Dunkin down the street and she definitely cannot handle the pressure of a busy store. For my Dunkin needs I’ll continue to go to the one down the street from them because they never let me down!
No where in drive through does it specify the ice cream flavors . Just tried to go through drive through and order and was told to come in and look at the flavors . Just wondering why have a drive through if I need to come into building to order ...

I really don't like to do bad reviews but I have to write this one. The employee told me that I can't have items on the menu because she doesn't know how to make them. She also said that their food is days old and that I shouldn't eat it, So I took her advice and didn't order. I was disappointed.Are all of the Baskin Robbins like this?

I came to the location of 3788 West Broad St. Columbus, Ohio on a Sunday evening at 530pm. Their listing says they are open until 9pm. The doors were locked. There was someone mopping the floor. You should post if you're not going to be open. So, that would be a rating of ZERO.
