Worst baskin robbins I have ever been to. Ordered some ice cream in a bowl and a shake. They put simple syrup in the shakes, I inquired about it and really did get an answer, terrible in the shake , and both ice cream and shake was freezer burnt. The gilr that made the shake acted like i was a bother to her. Never going back.
I love Tammy! She makes me wanna come back to this location forever. I do not know how this place has such low reviews. It is definitely misunderstood. I even had a cool comedic moment at the drive thru. The drinks were awesome and I am grateful I stopped by. This is now my location.

A great BR store. They had ice cream cakes and various flavors. Free samples were available.
Wakked in and server didnt acknowledge us until my wife said hello. Continued doing whatever she was doing to completion before acknowledging my wife. Asked for a hot fudge sundae and she just stared at me then looked up at the board.
Her coworker wasn't much better. They need to be retrained.

Been in Columbus for years, and recently discovered the Baskin-Robbins. Never before have I been to such a fine 1-star establishment. The experience is quite unlike any other, and by that I mean it is exactly like every other. By far, the best worst experience I've ever had the privilege of being a part of. I am honored to have witnessed this landmark - the only entirely 1-star establishment I've ever heard of. 1/10 would reccomend.

My partner placed an order to the BR in Linworth and we got sent here after they didn't have out cake at the location specified in the email. Saying they didn't have the cake we ordered two weeks ago in advance. So we got sent to bethel. It was clear they took a different cake, stripped it and wrote somethings on the cake. But it looks so sad. No refund was offered and or compensation for the over pay of the cake issued, if they couldn't return the money due to it being online- cause the black and white Oreo cake one didn't cost 90$ unlike the haunted house one we ordered originally.

Ordered online through there service with this location selected and showed up at my pickup time. They had 0 of the 4 orders due to not having any of the 6 different flavors we selected.
Then they told me they couldn't issue a refund and that I had to find a way to cancel it via text message or the emailed order/receipt. When they saw there was no cancelation option they said there was nothing they could do and maybe try another location or come back the next day and someone else may know what to do.
Total scam.

I would prefer to leave zero stars but the option is not given. I went through the drive-through today to order a scoop of ice cream and each flavor I mentioned they stated they were out. At one point the drive-through staff asked if I could come in and look at the flavors that they have to which I replied, “No, I have knee pain.” I requested another flavor from the printed list of flavors hanging on the order speaker. They then said, “we only have chocolate.” out of over 25 flavors, they only have chocolate? Hmmmmmm.
Very slow service and one sided customer service. Won’t be back
Stopped specifically to try the flavor of the month and was told they didn’t have it.Left empty-handed and certainly will not return.
