Unfortunately the company I work for uses Bentos to cater lunch 2 to 3 times a week. It’s god awful. It’s funny because if you look at their website or instagram they make the food look incredible and as if they make everything fresh. I would describe the food as the worst elementary school lunch you’ve ever had. Minus a lunch lady throwing that slop on your plate. Bentos must have some blackmail against my work place because idk who’d pay for this

The food was all outstanding (several people commented that the filet was the best they ever had), the service was friendly, timely, and very professional. You know the food is amazing when you can’t wait to eat leftovers for breakfast! Such a professional caterer of a delicious, all gluten-free private dinner. Shannon not only came up with a menu of the birthday honoree’s favs, I had no worries that everything was safe for me, too, the only celiac of 15 at the event. My guests raved about the apps, mains (saying best filet mignon they’ve ever had), dessert and how enjoyable it was that the crew did all the kitchen clean-up. will hire again, for sure!

As a Food Rescue US receiver for Maryhaven Supportive Services at the Commons at Chantry, Columbus Ohio I wish to convey that the Food was magnificent. On Friday 40 people in single occupancy apartment units were provided a wonderful lunchtime meal in the common area. Bentos catered a 2-day event for me and the food was phenomenal! One attendee said as he drove to the event the second day, the main thing he was thinking about was what we would eat that day! Not only is the food terrific but they can they cater to whatever dietary restrictions people may have. Also, when the pandemic wiped out her business, I know the owner did what she could to invest in feeding people in need.

Ordering at Bentos was so easy! Everything arrived super fresh and on time. It was a great way to connect with my team and remind them how important they are to my company. The food was provided in individually portioned boxes and it was healthy and delicious. In each box the ingredients were separated so you can build your meal the way you like it. It’s definitely like a buffet in a box! I will order again, flavors were spot on and the portions were generous. I highly recommend.
