Have the app and have not used my free welcome bowl, manager would not help me whatsoever, said I had $5 in rewards and nothing else and would not give any other assistance. I PLANNED for THIS BOWL to be FREE, I haven’t USED the free bowl yet and you are supposed to get one when you get the app, I DO NOT want to order it IN THE APP !!!!!! Managers are supposed to be able to resolve the issue and the manager was useless in this situation. I’m sure I’m going to get a reply about “oh don’t worry we will fix it you can get another free one next time” Bit that DOESNT HELP ME NOW, I drove from AN HOUR AWAY

Updating my review as this location has gone downhill. I'm really starting to lose my patience because the people on the front lines are unable to communicate with the customer and unable to work the cash register. The people that used to work at this location awhile back were great, but now there are people working the front that cannot communicate and seems like they do not have the training they need to be successful! For the love of all holy train these people or put them where they can be successful because it's always the same people. Even today the person behind me had issues either the workers too.

I’m not a picky eater at all… the chicken was extremely tough, rubbery, and had thick skin. It felt how I would imagine human flesh would be when cooked. did not taste good at all, couldn’t finish it. Son also found a hair in his bowl. Staff seemed nice when I picked up my order. Do not know if the product was bad or the employees need to be trained better… either way I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I’m not usually one to leave a review, because again I’m not a picky eater at all, but this was BAD.

Good fresh Asian food. Good choices and selection of fresh ingredients. Sauces are delicious.
Very tasty, fast, refreshing. I travel a lot and finding food with vegetables in it in this area was a challenge, but bibibop was excellent.

It’s a Bibibop so the food is good and ingredients taste fresh. But oh my god keep your eye on the person putting sauce on your bowl. My bowl was so over sauced that I had to go back and pay for extra rice to make it somewhat edible. Even then, I couldn’t finish my food because it was dripping. I’ve never had that issue before!!

Saw they were having a Father’s Day deal, BOGO bowl. Awesome. Ad said dad must be there. So I went. Nowhere did it say the rest of the family had to be there. But that’s what the manager said. So no free bowl. Not great customer service.

Kind of disappointed lately with this location. We came for the Father’s Day promotion and none of the workers knew what was going on. Only the manager. And charged us separately. Thankfully the manager apologized and adjusted the order. Further, the portions are way smaller than other locations for a regular bowl.
