I ordered the steak and noodle bowl, but when I got it, it was chicken! They then quickly helped me get exactly what I was asking for without hesitation. It is great to see a place that deals with mistakes swiftly and carefully, because we all mix up an order from time to time. The food was delicious and every employee was very sweet. Thank you for a great experience!

Love bibibop! The new "korean bbq beef" (bulgogi) is delicious. Love the purple rice and it looks like they've also added some new toppings since the last time I was there. Worth a try for sure.

I like almost all of the Bibibop stores except this one. The staff here are really rude compared to other Bibibop stores; they laughed at my order because it was weird for some reason? And the steak always tastes weird here since it seems like it's missing an ingredient that they use at the other locations. The weirdest thing by far is the fact that they specifically position the cookie display in front of the register so you can't see the charges from the customer side and then throw away the receipt unless you ask for it right away. I like Bibibop, but I don't plan on visiting this location again unless management changes since it's just not worth the price. Accidentally posted at the wrong location originally, changed to this one.

Very healthy fast food place to pick from to eat. A special thank you to Miguel! He is super friendly and kind. Miguel explained to me what were the items they had and how it was cooked. I’ll be coming again for another tasty chicken bowl!
