I am so disappointed. I love bibibop, all the other locations I’ve been to have been great. & I truly love eating at this franchise. I think I was just this location, it’s nasty. Their chicken was still frozen to the bite, felt so uncomfortable to even say something bc that tall guy with gray hair that is serving is a creep! And they made me feel so uncomfortable. Did not finish my bowl, just thru it away!! And left. Please fix this about this location, never had to complain about bibibop until now.

Went here for lunch & as we were building the bowls a roach ran across behind the glass, the lady apologized and killed it. we left and threw our food in the dumpster. This was in broad daylight it probably is an infestation. Really gross. Will not be back.

It's a hit and miss when it comes to the food. There are times the food is nice and hot and times the food is cold. The service is ok but you get more vegetables then noodles or rice. Once they froze up my debit card by trying to run it more then once, and it alerted my bank that I was supposedly in Indiana using it. And the girl who rang me up did not speak any English when I tried to tell her she ran my bank card 3 times and said I had 0 dollars.

I have been to other BIBIBOP locations and had no issues at all. But while eating at this location yesterday, I found a large dead black ant in my bowl. Naturally, my appetite was gone at that point. We brought the insect up to the counter to alert the staff. At first, they basically had the response of “so what?” But after stating to them that this is unhygienic and we wouldn’t be eating the rest of our meals, we stated we would like a refund as we had only eaten maybe 1/4 of our meals. After offering to bring up our remaining food as proof that we were not going to be eating it (duh) they did agree to provide a refund. I understand that things happen, but what bothers me more than anything is the very apathetic response from staff. Additionally, the music was extremely loud, so it didn’t help the situation that we were basically having to shout at each other in order to converse.

Horrible customer service including the manager. Talked to three different people and they just wasted my time. If not that I had ordered the food, I would have left.

This BIBIBOP is close to the west campus. Everything tastes delicious and fresh. BIBIBOP is still my favorite fast food brand. The room is lovely and clean. Their app is easy to order online and collect points. Free miso soup is given. WiFi is not available.

Everyone knows you don't go to Bibibop because the food is great, you go because it's fresh. No one wants stale rice. No one wants dried out noodles. Imagine my dismay yesterday when I got home (5 minute drive) with my bowl and the rice was clumped together and hard. I had to throw away my bowl.

I haven’t ate here in years and decided to try it out today. I’m just wondering how am I charged an extra $2-3 for 3 more slices of small pineapple chunks and a little bit more yum yum sauce all because I knew the bowl was going to be dry. On top of that when I asked I seen the reactions on the face of the preparer and the cashier like I asked for something difficult. Driving back to work from lunch I went to read my receipt to see what I was charged and there wasn’t one in my bag. Can someone tell me why a spicy chicken bowl around $9 ended up being $10.99. There’s not an upcharge posted for anything to keep the bowl from being dry but there is for extra protein.

Quality has gone way down recently. Chicken was rubbery and did not taste good.
