This is the worst bibibop In Columbus. Don't come here unless you want to be disappointed. Food always tastes weird, music is always louder than anyone speaking.

The girl on the line was so rude. Stood there for over 5 minutes without getting acknowledged, then when she finally acknowledged me she had an attitude. Gave me the wrong chicken. Over all bad service will not be back to this location

Each time I come to Ohio I crave Bibibop, sadly every time I eat it, it gets progressively worse. Unfortunately I will not go back to a Bibibop ever again because of this visit. There was no one in line, yet I was rushed during the process. The food quality looked awful, and the restaurant stunk. They messed up my order twice. My entire order was dry with small portions; chicken, purple rice, potatoes & it was lacking any sort of flavor. There was very little yum yum sauce added. Last time I ever eat here. Do not recommend.

Rice and broccoli taste old and hard and definitely undercooked. I usually have great experiences with bibibop but this one has my stomach hurting and food is clearly not fresh.

It used to be good, but now they are very careful when preparing their bowls and it is increasingly more expensive. They also ask for tips and their service is bad. I had a very bad service experience on Labor Day. Not recommended…

I order extra toppings on a veggie bowl and I basically got a bowl of rice. Paid for extra packet of sauce and didn't get it. Whoever was working at about 4pm on 8/4 needs retrained. This was a pick up on doordash so I couldn't change the location. Won't bother next time .
