If you are in a major city in Ohio, you are likely not far from sitting down to a big, hot bowl of well seasoned veggies, rice, and protein. We desperately need them in NY.Now, are they the cleanest places to eat? No. The tables are cleaned every so often, but you will likely encounter a smudge of sauce or a few grains of rice from the previous diner. Servers are too busy behind the counter cranking through customers, and the dining area is very much left to the honors system. The servers are friendly and will load you up with the items you request with a little prodding, but don't expect rays of sunshine with every interaction. To me, none of this affects their overall rating as the food fits perfectly in its niche of being, again, healthy, tasty, fast, cheap, and plentiful. Bibibop, don't change a thing.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies to choose from, and the marinated tofu is quite good - I eat meat but still enjoy it.

So i had to delete my old review because i was hangry when i wrote it?. I bought 2 bowls and only got 1, so i canceled because i didn't know if they would believe me when i reached out to tell them. I asked if my dasher could go back and get the 2nd one but she said i have to cancel and call bibibop directly, i tried reaching out to bibibop but there was no way to reach them, i was furious because i had used a bibibop gift card and cant call my bank for that. UPDATE: Bibibop saw my review and reached out, even though it was late last night(i was still up btw bcos i was hungry) they made sure they issued a refund to my app and apologized for everything and also called this morning to follow up and apologized again. That is what i call 5-star customer service. Mistakes happen with orders,i wasn't angry about the mistake, i was just upset because couldn't reach anyone to help solve my problem and send out my order. i am happy that they reached out and resolved my issue. Even though i would have loved to have my dinner, I am grateful i got my refund?.

The food was okay, tasted fine per usual, but when I went there was 2 women on the line serving me and everything was fine with them, but there was a couple a man and a woman off to the back really “handsy” with each other which is really uncomfortable to watch when these are the people cooking and prepping your food… made me feel bad for the workers serving me because they were very obviously weirded out too.
