I would have given them 5 stars because their food is great, they were really fast, and their service was amazing other than one thing. I am just really agitated right now because when I got to the end they didn't ask me if I wanted any sauce or anything and I asked the guy at the counter a few times for extra yum yum sauce. I'm not sure if he didn't hear me or what but I looked away to pull up my app for points. I thought he put it on because he had bagged my order up but I got home and he didn't put any on it. I had to run out and spend extra money to buy some from the store because I never get BIBIBOP without sauce because I personally think it's just too dry. I just wish that they were a little more attentive. The woman at the front of the line was very nice however.

This place feels soulless and sad - the employees seem bored and the whole experience feels cold and corporate. The employees put the absolute minimum ingredients in and the focus seems to be on moving people down the line as fast as possible, even when there is nobody behind you in line. The absolute worst part, however, is that they present you with a Tip screen on checkout - I can’t believe they have the gall to ask for tips on a 30-second transaction where a person out a spoonful of chicken into a bowl and now they want a tip - hilarious!

Probably the worst bibibop I’ve ever had. I got broccoli, potatoes, carrots and cucumbers. They gave me carrots cucumbers and three mini potatoes pieces. Everyone else that ordered food got all their add ons and potatoes. Way too much rice not enough of anything else left sides off smh

Stopped in for a late lunch - 2pm - felt really bad for the manager/worker. Only 1 person on the line. Long wait - having to wait on customers, delivery drivers, guests who were having trouble with their payment methods and very limited English caused several miscommunication issues. Dining room tables were dirty - but who was going to clean them with only 1 person working? Not sure if short staffed or a labor cost issue, but the paying guests are paying the price.

Quick and easy stop for eating in house or on the go. I love the variations and different flavors they have. The base of rice, seasoned kale, and glass noodles are great. And the new salmon and chicken proteins are delicious.

This location services really less quantity food. Bibibap is my favorite routine food and I was shocked this see this location serving really less quantity. Not coming here again.

I went on Christmas Eve. They give you very little in the bowls. barbeque beef was over cooked tasted burnt. The Broccoli was burnt didn't get that. Want be going back!
